Regional integration is an inevitable path of urban development, as well as the inevitable choice for a region to response to domestic competition and international challenges. The city integration is an important process and even advanced stage of regional integration. Under the background of China’s new urbanization strategy, this concept was once put forth, attracted much attention.Looking at so many research and practice the of city integration in China-Guangfo, Shenfu, Xiazhangquan......all these areas before making city development, already has a good foundation for integration. In this paper, the research object was Fupunig (Fuzhou, Putian and Ningde) whose regional integration degree is lower. Making.the spatial integration as the starting point, using the methods of system analysis qualitative and quantitative research, with the help of analysis software like gis,spss, this paper wants to study how the city integration proceeds in the region with low city integration degree. In order to provide theoretical support for the Forpunin project, and enrich the existing theory and strategy of domestic city integration.This paper is divided into five chapters. First, briefly describe the background and status of research at home and abroad. And then introduce the concept and content of the city integration, as well as the space development theory related to city integration, thus sum up the type and strategies of city development. Then mainly descript the qualitative and quantitative status of the Fupuning, finally, determine that Fupuning still on the prime phase of city integration. Then author puts forward some spatial integration stage development strategies, as well as safeguard measures for Fupunig integration.
