| With the further promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the investment and attention of the country and society in rural construction are constantly increasing, which means that rural development has ushered in new opportunities. However, through the investigation of the current situation of traditional villages in the central Anhui region,it is not difficult to find that there is a widespread phenomenon of traditional houses being abandoned in rural areas, leading to the gradual disappearance of traditional houses with high historical and cultural value. Therefore,it is of great significance to propose strategies for the activation and utilization of traditional dwellings in the central Anhui region, which aim to protect traditional dwellings, inherit local culture, promote sustainable development of rural economy, and achieve rural revitalization strategies. This article takes the traditional residential buildings in the central Anhui region as the research object, and studies the activation and utilization strategies of traditional residential buildings from two levels: target positioning and specific architectural design.Firstly, through the research methods of literature research and field visits, this paper summarizes the regional overview, residential types, architectural characteristics, current status of residential buildings, and problems in the central Anhui region, analyzes the basic conditions for the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings, and challenges faced by the activation and utilization, providing a practical basis for proposing targeted strategies for the following article.Through the collection and collation of data on practical activities related to the activation and utilization of traditional dwellings that have been completed or are still in progress in the past 7 years at home and abroad, including the overall rural activation movement with traditional dwellings as the main body, and the slicing study of the cases, the strategies for their application are summarized and collated as a theoretical basis for the study. From the perspective of the overall development of rural areas, this article discusses the target positioning strategy for the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings.Starting from the reconstruction of rural industries,it introduces the positioning of functional replacement of traditional residential buildings. Then, combining with the actual distribution and current situation of rural residential buildings and the different dominant positions of practical activity participants,it analyzes their activation goals and expected effects, and clarifies the direction of the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings.Furthermore,it extends to the specific design strategy level of the building, combining case studies from four aspects: spatial layout continuation and optimization, original structure reuse and update, internal comfort improvement of the building, and historical and cultural inheritance, summarizing and proposing specific design activation and utilization strategies, and summarizing them. Finally, based on the proposed strategy for the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings in the central Anhui region,a research design was conducted for the strategic application of Chengjia Big House in Chengchong Village,in order to better confirm the feasibility of the implementation of the strategy, and further verify the research results. This article is a comprehensive and brand new exploration of the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings. It provides a systematic reference and concept for the practical activities of the activation and utilization of traditional residential buildings in Chengjia Dayu and the central Anhui region from target positioning to specific design, and has certain practical guiding significance. At the same time,it is also a supplement to the study of traditional culture and traditional residential characteristics in the central Anhui region, clarifying its unique historical and cultural value. |
