Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,many domestic construction enterprises have begun to undertake international engineering construction projects.In the practice of project construction management,due to the incomplete risk assessment mechanisms of some small and medium-sized construction enterprises and the existence of many uncertain risk factors in international engineering construction projects,the risk management situation during the project construction stage is becoming increasingly severe.Based on the current situation of risk management in construction practices of domestic construction enterprises,this article takes the BGY housing construction project as the background,analyzes and identifies 25 risk factors during the construction phase of the project through expert survey method,and divides them into five dimensions according to environment,society,economy,technology,and management.A risk assessment model for the construction phase is established;Then,based on scientific calculations and expert research,the relative weights of risk factors were calculated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the overall risk level was determined using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Finally,according to the risk division and the actual progress of the project,the control measures of risk management in the construction phase of the project are discussed at different levels,and the optimization suggestions of international engineering construction project risk management are proposed.This paper uses the qualitative and quantitative combination method to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth identification,assessment and control analysis of risk factors in the construction stage of international engineering construction projects,and puts forward optimization suggestions,which provides ideas for construction enterprises to carry out scientific international engineering construction project risk management,and has both theoretical and practical value.
