Research On Architectural Design Of Characteristic Towns Around Chaohu Lake

The area around Chaohu Lake is currently a key area for development in Hefei,and characteristic towns are a new carrier of industrial development.Therefore,the characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake are the focus of Hefei’s planning and development.In recent years,the Hefei Municipal Government has issued numerous plans to promote the development of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.Currently,there are 7 provincial and municipal level characteristic towns in the area around Chaohu Lake,and there are also a number of characteristic towns under construction.Although relevant practical cases are being constructed in full swing,there is relatively little theoretical research on the construction of characteristic towns in the area around Chaohu Lake.This study analyzes and studies the characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake as a whole,and summarizes the design principles and strategies for characteristic towns in the area around Chaohu Lake,in order to provide reference for the architectural design of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.The research idea is to propose the topic-characteristic analysis-analysis of design influencing factors-current situation research and analysis-strategy proposal-empirical research.By analyzing the characteristics of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake,summarizing the upper planning,design conditions,and design requirements of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake,analyzing the current situation,design experience,and problems of existing characteristic towns,proposing architectural design principles and strategies for characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake,and further verifying research conclusions through empirical research.This study is conducted from the following five chapters:Chapter 1 is an introduction.Introduced the research origin and background of this topic,defined the research object,related concepts,and research scope,clarified the research purpose and significance,and summarized the current research status at home and abroad.Chapter 2 is an overview of the surrounding Chaohu Lake,regional culture,and architectural characteristics.This chapter aims to analyze the characteristics of the area around Chaohu Lake,explore the unique regional culture and architectural features of the area,and provide a basis for the architectural design of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.Chapter 3 analyzes the influencing factors of architectural design in characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.This chapter starts from three aspects: upper level planning,objective design conditions,and subjective design needs.First,it analyzes the regional planning and positioning of Chaohu Lake from five aspects: cultural tourism,ecological protection,style control,industrial development,and transportation system.Then it analyzes the objective conditions of architectural design of Chaohu Lake characteristic town from four aspects:geological and climatic conditions,regional traffic conditions,ecological resources conditions,and industrial development conditions.Finally,it analyzes the needs of stakeholders in architectural design of Chaohu Lake characteristic town.Chapter 4 is a survey and analysis of the current situation of buildings in characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.Through on-site research,the current characteristics of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake were summarized,and the design experience and current problems of characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake were summarized.Chapter 5 is the architectural design strategy for characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake.Firstly,the basic principles of architectural design for characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake were proposed,and then the architectural design strategies for characteristic towns around Chaohu Lake were discussed in detail from four aspects: production,culture,tourism,and housing.Chapter 6 is empirical research: Malongshan Health Care Town.Based on the content of Chapter 5,this paper discusses the architectural design practices of Malongshan Health Town from four aspects: "production,culture,tourism,and housing".
