| Climate diversity and the renewal of science and technology have always been important factors influencing architectural design and development. In recent years, the construction industry has developed rapidly in China, and the newly added area of ??construction has been increasing. How to achieve the goal of controlling energy consumption, improving energy efficiency, and protecting the natural environment is an important trend in the development of the world’s architecture in recent years.China has a long history of rural construction, but due to lack of design, backward technology, improper management, lack of energy-saving awareness and habits, etc.,the energy consumption of buildings in rural areas is increasing. In the past decade or more, the state has introduced a number of relevant policies for building rural areas. The rapid development of the national economy has driven the broad market demand of the countryside and triggered a new wave of rural construction. Therefore, for residential buildings in rural areas,it is indispensable to study passive low-energy residential buildings suitable for regional climate.Based on the problems found in the field investigation of the current situation of residential buildings in the Chaohu Lake area, this paper combines the architectural climate analysis method with the local reality based on the characteristics of the regional climate, adopting the appropriate passiveness based on human thermal comfort. The energy-saving design strategy proposes relevant architectural design methods, calculates the specific values ??of relevant strategies, and verifies the actual effects through software simulation methods. Finally, the passive low-energy rural residential building design strategy is proposed. The full text has five chapters. The first chapter mainly shows the research background, significance and purpose of this paper, and summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad. At the same time,it analyzes the related thermal comfort indicators, and summarizes the related strategies of passive energy conservation. Finally, combined with relevant research results. To determine appropriate thermal comfort requirements and passive energy-saving design strategies;Chapter 2investigates and surveys rural houses in the Chaohu Lake area.Further research and collection of the research scope and geometeorological data of the Huanchao Lake area, conduct surveys and surveys on the surrounding areas of the Chaohu Lake area, and record and record the current status of residential buildings, and conduct specific surveying, questionnaire surveys and meteorological data monitoring on the surveyed objects.Data and historical meteorological data were used to analyze the climate in the surrounding area of ??Chaohu Lake. The third chapter used PHOENICS software to simulate the natural ventilation of existing rural residential buildings, and studied the influencing factors such as architectural layout, graphic design and window structure. And put forward relevant suggestions;useEnergy Plus software to simulate and analyze the passive solar heat collecting measures, propose related insulation strategies according to relevant data, and use relevant formulas to quantify the orientation and spacing and summer shading related components;Chapter 4,use Energy Plus software simulates the energy consumption of residential buildings with passive energy-saving design strategies for rural houses in the surrounding areas of the Chaohu Lake area. The simulation results are analyzed to simulate the maximum energy saving of passive residential buildings in the Chaohu Lake area.69%.The middle chapter comprehensively summarizes the research content and results of this paper, and briefly expounds the problems and limitations in the research work. |
