| With the development of architectural heritage conservation concept,the current heritage conservation is changing from passive conservation to preventive conservation,and at the same time HBIM,an information technology of architectural heritage,is being explored.The domestic and foreign research on the application of HBIM in preventive conservation focuses on three aspects: basic data collection,HBIM model construction,and HBIM expression utilization.The architectural heritage of Taipingjiao area is of significant value,and many scholars have carried out studies on architectural style,construction techniques,urban planning,neighborhood conservation and utilization,etc.With the approval of the pilot project of preventive conservation of cultural relics,the heritage conservation of the area has entered into preventive operation mode.This paper takes the architectural heritage of Taipingjiao area as the research object,studies how to combine with the specific work and requirements of preventive conservation in the process of HBIM application,and examines the key issues in the process,i.e.,the content of information collection,model construction methods and utilization scenarios.Firstly,the contents of preventive protection work and typical application cases at home and abroad are introduced through the method of literature research,and the applicable aspects of HBIM in preventive protection are sorted out,and the application process of HBIM under preventive protection is proposed.In the collection of basic information,the combination of field research and literature research is used to obtain historical data and current situation information required for preventive conservation,with emphasis on precision mapping of buildings and collection of disease information,and finally preliminary building value assessment and risk assessment to identify the carriers of building value and risk factors.In the construction of HBIM model,we summarize the key points of construction and carry out modeling verification,summarize the three key points of construction: model fineness setting,modeling system selection and building type classification,and form a corresponding technical solution,study the information classification of component families,coding structure and creation of family library,propose a three-stage family component code applicable to Qingdao Taipingjiao modern architectural heritage,and create a typical window component library.The model creation study uses a single building as an example to summarize the modeling process and conduct measurement,and proposes a high-visibility disease recording method to realize building disease information modeling.Finally,HBIM results expression utilization study is carried out to explore 2D drawing expression and 3D model expression of architectural heritage in Revit,to analyze potential risk items of architectural heritage including structural fragility points and environmental effects by using relevant analysis software and low-detail model simulation,to study the feasibility of HBIM technology in preventive conservation work,in addition to studying the HBIM results in public display and information management In addition,the applicability of HBIM results in the areas of public display and information management is investigated.Through this paper,we provide a more reliable technical route for the establishment of HBIM library for the modern architectural heritage in the Taipingjiao area of Qingdao,provide data and technical support for the development of theories related to the preventive conservation of China’s modern architectural heritage,and contribute to the scientific and digitalization of preventive conservation work. |
