Discussion On Conservation And Rehabilitation Design Method Of Modern Architectural Heritage

In the modern society with rapid urban renewal,the conservation of architectural heritage has become more and more complex and critical.Especially with the change of the concept of architectural heritage conservation,the way architectural heritage adapts to modern life is worth pondering and discussing.Based on Nanjing Qingshi Street Project,this paper takes the survival status of the fragmented architectural heritage in the core area of the city as the starting point and studies the relevant design methods of protection and renewal of architectural heritage mainly through theoretical study and case study.Chapter one is an introduction part,including the research background and origin,the research object and content,domestic and foreign research review,research purpose and significance,research methods and framework.The second chapter is the basic research on the conservation and rehabilitation of modern architectural heritage,which is divided into four parts:theoretical research,case study,problem meditation and design principles.In the theoretical part,the author simply combs the concept change course of architectural heritage conservation and puts forward the author’s design concept after interpretating classical theories.In the case part,several cases related to Qingshi Street Project are selected for comparative analysis,and common methods and individual problems are summed up to guide the later design.Then,based on the theory and case study,the author’s reflection on the gains and losses of those projects is put forward.In the end,the author summarizes the four principles of conservation and rehabilitation of modern architectural heritage.The third chapter discusses the design strategies of modern architectural heritage conservation and rehabilitation.The author abstracts the specific design methods from three angles of city,architecture and technology to guide the following actual project.The fourth chapter is the rehabilitation design of the Republic of China Buildings on Qingshi Street in Nanjing.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the Republic of China Buildings on Qingshi Street,the author makes a complete and comprehensive elaboration on the rehabilitation design of the Republic of China Buildings on Qingshi Street from the three aspects of city,architecture and technology mentioned above.This research is aimed at providing a positive reference and supplement for the conservation and rehabilitation design of modern architectural heritage in contemporary society through the discussion of the design methods for the protection and renewal of the Republic of China Buildings on Qingshi Street,and the research in the preservation and regeneration methods of architectural heritage as modern living containers in the new built environment.This thesis contains 56000 words and 105 pictures and charts.
