| In recent years, with the continuous increase of car ownership and the gradual slowdown of the growth rate of parking facilities, the contradiction between supply and demand of urban parking is becoming more and more serious. With the emergence of shared parking that can improve the utilization and turnover rate of urban parking facilities, new ideas have emerged to solve urban parking problems. However, the current development of shared parking in our country is extremely unbalanced.Only some cities are implementing shared parking, while most of the rest have not yet carried out the promotion of shared parking. As a result, the majority of residents have a shallow understanding of shared parking, thus do not have a high willingness to participate. In order to improve the willingness of residents to participate in the sharing of parking facilities in residential areas, this thesis studies the willingness of residents to participate in the sharing of parking facilities in residential areas from the perspective of parking space owners and parking demanders, proposes improvement suggestions and measures based on the research results, and determines the optimal pricing strategy,so as to promote the development of shared parking. For one thing,a willingness model for shared parking facilities in residential areas targeting parking lot owners is constructed, with behavioral attitude as the mediating variable and perceived behavioral control, social impact, promotion conditions, perceived benefits, and perceived risks as latent variables. The impact of the above factors on the shared willingness of parking lot owners is studied. It is found that the behavioral attitude of parking space owners has a positive effect on their sharing intention.Perceived behavioral control, social influence, promotion conditions, perceived benefits and perceived risks had indirect effects on sharing intention to varying degrees by influencing parking owners’ behavioral attitudes.Social influence was the most influential factor(0.333),and perceived behavioral control was the least influential factor(0.235).The three factors that have the greatest influence on the behavior and attitude of parking space owners are whether they can get more monetary benefits, whether they can get encouragement and support from family and friends, and whether they will bring security risks to the residential area.According to the conclusion, some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the sharing intention of parking space owners. For another thing,a new C-TPB-UTAUT-BRA theoretical framework is formed by combining the three theories.Taking behavioral attitude as the mediating variable, this thesis studies the effects of facilitating conditions, perceived benefits, perceived risks, effort expectations and social influences on the intention of parking users to use shared allocation parking facilities in residential areas. The results show that the behavioral attitude, social influence and effort expectation have direct and significant effects on the intention of using parking. The behavioral attitude has the greatest effect(0.892)on the intention to use parking, and the effort expectation has the least effect(0.136)on the intention to use parking.Perceived risk and perceived benefit have indirect effects on parking intention by influencing the behavioral attitude of parking demanders. The facilitating conditions have no obvious effect on the parking users’ intention. When deciding whether to use a shared parking facility in a residential area, the key factors for parking users are whether they can get support from family and friends, and whether they can reduce the cost of time and money in parking.According to the conclusion of the research, some suggestions are given on how to improve the willingness of parking users. The last but not least,a floating pricing model was constructed based on the willingness of parking demanders and the parking demand at different time periods in the region.By conducting on-site visits and surveys to obtain the usage rate of parking facilities in some residential areas where the survey location is located, combined with the constructed pricing model and traditional parking facility fees in the area, the most suitable pricing rate for the area is determined.Research has found that when commercial land adjacent to residential areas is shared with parking facilities, the optimal pricing rate decreases with increasing parking demand and decreases with increasing usage of parking facilities in residential areas. The trend of change is opposite to the trend of parking demand in the area. The research results of this thesis can provide some reference for how to improve the participation willingness of parking owners and parking demanders. At the same time, according to the study of floating pricing strategy conducted in this thesis, the pricing can be determined according to the specific conditions within the region, which can reduce the money and time cost of parking to the greatest extent,so as to attract more parking demanders to choose to use the external shared parking facilities in residential areas, and relieve the pressure of urban parking. Finally, the research of this thesis can provide some help to promote the development of shared parking. |
