Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid growth of the number of motor vehicles,the parking space resources can’t meet the parking demand and the parking problem became more and more serious.At the same time,the phenomenon of the uneven use of parking resources in space and time in different land types in cities is also widespread.In the face of the above current situation,the areas in city which contains different land types can use the shared parking.Then the resources of parking spaces can be used more fully and allocated more efficiently.The utilization of parking space can be improved to a certain extent.And parking problem in the city also can be alleviated.This article takes the residential area and the adjacent commercial area as the research object.Based on the parking survey and SP questionnaire survey,the parking status and the parking characteristics of residential areas and adjacent commercial areas,the parking sharing willingness and parking sharing demand characteristics are analyzed respectively.For parking supply,the structural equation model of residents’ willingness to share is constructed.For parking demand,the Bayesian network model of shared parking behavior is constructed.Taking the daytime sharing of residential area and adjacent commercial area as the scenario,the supply and demand allocation model with the greatest benefit of shared parking management is constructed.The impact of parking demand changes on revenue and parking space utilization is explored.And the analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of the allocation model.Firstly,appropriate residential area and the adjacent commercial area are selected as the investigation objects.Through the parking investigation,the parking characteristics in the commercial area are analyzed from the following aspects: parking status,arrival and departure characteristics of vehicles and statistical rules of parking time.The parking characteristics of residential area are analyzed from the aspects of vehicle arrival and departure characteristics and day-time parking availability rate.In this way,we can master the rules of vehicle fluctuation and the time demand of parking.In addition,through the analysis of the influencing factors of supply and demand,questionnaire is designed from the perspectives of both sides to investigate the impact of each influencing factor on the residents’ willingness and the preference of users in different scenarios for parking lots.Secondly,based on the results of questionnaires,the residents’ willingness to share parking Spaces is modeled and analyzed by using the structural equation model.In the model,the potential variables are parking sharing income,parking work risk,sharing standard degree and sharing popularization degree.Each potential variable contains three observation variables.The model is used to verify the relationship between the variables and analyze the influence degree of each factor on residents’ willingness to participate in Shared parking.Thirdly,with travel time,walking time and the difference of parking fee,parking purpose for influence factors,and the shared parking choice behavior based on Bayesian network is modeled.And the K2 algorithm and Bayesian estimation are used respectively to network structure learning and parameter learning.The 5 fold cross-validation method and SP survey data prove the validity of the Bayesian network model.Based on Netica software,the probability of parking choice is analyzed.And it can promote the implementation of parking sharing.Finally,the relationship between supply and demand is studied under the condition of sharing residential area and adjacent commercial area.Under the given sharing situation,the real-time allocation principle with consideration of the overtime parking users is proposed.The parking conflicts caused by overtime parking users are alleviated by reserved parking Spaces.Based on the proposed allocation principles,and with the aim of the maximization benefit for sharing parking operators,the allocation model is established.Then,the model is simulated by Matlab.It simulates the process of residential parking sharing.According to the simulation results,the optimal reserved parking space proportion is determined and Shared parking quantity and the relationship between some parameters are also analyzed.
