| As the parking problem in central urban areas becomes more and more serious, shared parking as a new type of parking in the sharing economy has attracted widespread attention.Among them, parking spaces in residential areas have a large number of idle days during the day and have strong sharing potential. In the case of shared parking in residential areas,a study was conducted on the parking selection behaviors of the travelers,to explore the influencing factors that influence the behavior of the travelers’ parking choices, and to provide basis for the managers to formulate open strategies for shared parkinf and formulate and implement relevant policies.Based on the relevant research status at home and abroad, this paper summarizes and analyzes the factors influencing the traveller’s parking choice behavior, and demonstrates the feasibility of opening up shared parking in residential areas from the perspectives of policies, technologies, and owners.Based on the field investigation, the typical residential areas are selected, and the parking characteristics indicators are statistically summarized and summarized. The analysis results show that the arrival and departure of vehicles in residential areas show a strong regularity, especially during the working daytime, the occupancy rate of plots in residential areas is significantly lower, and it is suitable for opening to the outside world for sharing. After analyzing the characteristics of parking plots from the perspective of supply, the characteristics of the traveler must also be analyzed from the perspective of demand. This paper combines the RP and SP survey methods to statistically analyze parking from aspects of socioeconomic attributes, daily parking habits, and shared parking wishes.According to the relevant theory of psychological latent variables,in addition to the obvious variables such as the socio-economic attributes of the travelers and the characteristics of the parking lots, the psychological factors that affect the behavior of the traveller’s choice of parking have the same non-negligible influence on the latent variables. Therefore, the paper defines the latent variables and the corresponding measured variables. The structural equation model theory was introduced.Through the structural model, the influence of service perception, social awareness, and personal attitude latent variables on the parking behavior intention of the traveler was studied.Based on the measurement model, the relationship between latent variables and measured variables was established.Through the solution of the model, the estimation of the parameters and the test of the results, the results show that the psychological latent variables can be represented by measured variables, have correlations with socio-economic attributes, and have different positive impacts on the behavioral intention of the parkers. In order to analyze the three parking modes of on-street parking,off-street parking and shared paeking, the social economic attributes of travelers, the characteristics of parking lots, and the influence of latent variables on parking decision-making behavior, this paper introduces latent variables into traditional logit. In the model,a hybrid choice model is constructed.By solving the model, the results show that the travel decision behavior of the traveler will be affected by the set variables. In order to verify the practicability of the model, this paper compares it with the MNL model without considering the latent variables. The results show that the hybrid selection model considering the psychological latent variables has better fitting accuracy. |
