| The traditional cast-in-place concrete construction method has low production efficiency,low resource utilization,high environmental pollution and long construction cycle,which cannot meet the sustainable development of the construction industry.Compared with cast-in-place concrete construction,assembled construction has the characteristics of shortening construction period,reducing energy consumption,saving labor and reducing construction waste,and has been vigorously promoted in the country,but its high cost has been one of the main reasons limiting the development.In this way,it is of great practical significance and value to study the cost control of assembled building projects to accelerate the promotion and application of assembled buildings and improve the economic efficiency of contractors.Based on the idea of lean construction and lean management,this paper applies the system dynamics method to study the control of implicit cost of assembly building project from the perspective of general engineering contracting.Firstly,through literature research,it summarizes the current status of research on implicit cost of assembly building project,defines the connotation of implicit cost of assembly building on the basis of existing research results,analyzes the characteristics,manifestations and relationship between implicit cost of assembly building and project cost;secondly,from four process subsystems of design,production,transportation and installation,and considering environmental factors,it establishes the Secondly,the system of implicit cost influencing factors of construction projects is established from the four process subsystems of design,production,transportation and installation,considering environmental factors.Thirdly,based on the four process subsystems of assembled building construction,the cause-effect relationship diagram of the implicit cost of assembled building construction project is drawn,and the variables are analyzed through the cause tree diagram and the result tree diagram,and the stock flow diagram of the implicit cost of assembly is drawn,and the system dynamics model of the implicit cost simulation of assembled building construction project is constructed;finally,through the system dynamics simulation and sensitivity analysis,the synergy of installation,the synergy between professional design,the quality of on-site construction personnel and the construction management system have greater importance on the impact of implicit cost of assembled building,which is the focus of implicit cost control of assembled building project,and the strategy of implicit cost control of assembled building project is proposed.The research in this paper can provide managers with scientific and effective references for implicit cost control in the whole process of implementation of assembly building projects,and also provide new ideas for future research and management of implicit costs in assembly buildings. |
