Study On Residential Habitability Along Railway Corridor In Urban Built-up Area And Its Influence

Abstract/Summary:
As China’s urbanization gradually enters the stage of high-quality development from high-speed development,people-oriented development under the background of new urbanization has become the requirement of sustainable development,so improving the livability of cities has become an important goal of sustainable urban development in the future.On the other hand,with the continuous development of Railway construction in China,the influence of railway corridors on the railway lines in cities has also become a research hotspot,but relevant researches mainly focus on the following aspects: from the perspective of engineering and environment,the physical influence of railway construction on adjacent space;From the perspective of economics and sociology,the impacts of railway on regional development,economic construction,social culture and other aspects are discussed.However,there are few studies on the impacts of railway on urban livability,especially the interpretation and research based on the perspective of urban physical space environment and facilities.This thesis takes the area within the third ring Road of Chengdu as the research scope and the residential areas along the high-speed railway corridor in the built-up area as the main research object.After analyzing the influence factors of railway corridor on the physical space environment along the line,a quantitative research method and research approach for the influence of railway corridor on the livability of residential areas along the line are established based on the perspective of urban physical space environment and facilities research.Based on the theoretical research,this paper quantified the existing urban livability evaluation index,environmental facilities and satisfaction index,and quantitatively studied the influence of urban railway corridor on the index.Finally,the key indexes of livable evaluation of residential areas along the railway corridor are analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of the railway corridor,the paper analyzes the specific process that the indexes are affected by the railway corridor,and puts forward the optimization strategy of the livable along the railway corridor.Firstly,based on the existing literature,the influence of railway corridor on physical space environment along the line is studied,and two factors,noise and landscape visual influence,are extracted from the direct influence.Spatial structure and resident perception are extracted from indirect influence.Based on these influencing factors,the evaluation indexes in the existing urban livability evaluation research are sorted out and counted,and 17 environmental facilities indexes and 22 satisfaction indexes of residential livability evaluation are constructed for the follow-up study based on the expert questionnaire and the actual situation of railway and residential areas.In the analysis of key indicators of environmental facility evaluation,the residential functional city units within the third Ring Road of Chengdu,which are identified quantitatively by Autonavi POI(Point of Interest)data,are first used as evaluation units.Then,this paper quantifies the environmental facilities index by using equalizer algorithm,real-time road condition and path planning provided by Baidu API.For the quantitative results,SPSS(Statistical Product Service Solutions)software was used to analyze the correlation between the quantitative results of relevant indicators and the distance between evaluation units and railway corridors and urban centers.Multiple linear regression was used to compare the influence of the two factors on the index.Finally,the key evaluation indexes of livable environmental facilities of residential areas along the railway are analyzed.Based on the quantitative results of residential livability Satisfaction evaluation indexes obtained from questionnaires distributed in residential areas selected from the survey of residential areas along the railway,combined with the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI),Based on the correlation measurement Model and Structural Model constructed by the American Customer Satisfaction Index(CUSTOMER Satisfaction Index)Model,the relationship between the evaluation index of residential livability satisfaction,the perception of railway impact and the overall residential satisfaction was studied by means of SEM.After model simulation and modification,the relationship among railway impact perception,residential environment satisfaction,public facilities satisfaction,traffic satisfaction and overall satisfaction was established,and the key indexes of livable satisfaction evaluation along railway corridors were analyzed.Combined with the key indexes of environmental facility evaluation and satisfaction evaluation,this paper analyzes the key indexes of residential livability affected by railway corridor,and discusses the specific process of its influence by railway corridor.On this basis,the optimization strategy of residential habitability along the railway is proposed.
