Study On The Evolution Of Urban Livability Evaluate And Distribution Of Northeast China

Urban is a settlement that inhabited by non-agricultural population. Environmentalcondition, traffic condition, cultural and medical condition of the city will affect the lives ofurban residents. Livable city is the natural environment and human environment in harmony,sustained prosperity economic, social harmony and stability, comfortable and completefacilities, affluent cultural atmosphere, suitable for human work, life and living in the city.However, with the accelerated process of urbanization, the urban population and theexpanding urban land use, urban environmental pollution, traffic congestion, housing shortageand many other urban problems occur in the course of the urban development. No exceptionof the Northeast city. Therefore, this article will take Northeast area for example, to studyurban livability and its influencing factors, to make recommendations for the development ofthe city’s livability. This article will divided into the following sections:The first chapter is the introduction section. It briefly introduced the research backgroundand significance of urban livability in the Northeast area, and explains the research progressand research status at home and abroad on urban livability, reference these results elaboratethe next research methods and techniques of this article.The second chapter is the connotation of urban livability and related theories. Thischapter detailed analyzes the concept and connotation of the urban livability, and introducesthe theory of urban livability studies. The theory included environmental theory, he theory ofeco-city, urban security theory, harmonious society theory, the theory of urban sustainabledevelopment.The third chapter is the city livable evaluation of the Northeast area. This chapter is thecore section of the thesis. It will introduces the overview of Northeast area, data acquisitionand processing modes, determine the designing principles and framework of the urbanlivability evaluation, the interpretation of the Corresponding evaluation, the weight given toeach index method——variation coefficient method, determine the mathematical methods ofthe evaluation finally, and calculated the data, to get the urban livability index in2001,2006,2011years of the Northeast area.The fourth chapter is urban livability temporal evolution pattern and influencing factorsof Northeast area. It is the core section of this thesis, Arcgis9.3software is mainly used forlivability index spatial layout of the Northeast area research in2001,2006,2011years, anddescript the livability evolution of space in the three time sections. Using the excel software toshow the livability index changes over the three years by line chart to illustrate the evolution of urban livability in time, and analyze the evolution of the corresponding mode. According tothe results of spatial and temporal evolution, analyze the factors affecting the Northeast areaurban livability, mainly natural, geographical, economic and social history, living comfortably,public safety and other factors.The fifth chapter is the problems and countermeasures of Northeast area urban livability.This chapter mainly analyzes the problems of Northeast area urban livability, and put forwardthe corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for it.The Sixth chapter is the conclusions and prospects. This chapter is a summary of thepaper and the prospects for urban livability research.
