Urban rail transit TOD mode is an important countermeasure to solve the "big city disease",and the sustainable development of urban rail transit TOD is crucial to the sustainable development of future cities.With the explosive growth of China rail transit TOD,problems such as high investment,poor returns,unreasonable land use,and environmental pollution have begun to be exposed.The Chinese government have gradually begun to pay attention to the sustainable development of urban rail transit TOD,and economic,social,environmental factors are driving the transformation of urban rail transit TOD towards sustainable development.In view of this,taking urban rail transit TOD as the research object,and on the basis of learning research results at home and abroad,using literature research,theoretical analysis,comprehensive application of multidisciplinary knowledge,introducing DPSIR model,gray correlation model,qualitative and quantitative methods Combined,the urban rail transit TOD sustainable development index system is constructed.The relevant data of urban rail transit TOD are collected,and the projection pursuit model is used to comprehensively evaluate its sustainable development.The original data information is retained as much as possible.In this process,the genetic algorithm based on real number coding is used to optimize the function of the calculation model,so as to obtain the weight value of each index and the comprehensive score of the TOD sustainable development of each urban rail transit,which overcomes the defect of artificial weighting and extreme values in the traditional comprehensive evaluation methods.The main research work and its results of this paper is as follows:(1)On the basis of literature reading and related data collection,the development status of China urban rail transit TOD is sorted out and analyzed.The factors and the successful cases at home and abroad are analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of economic sustainability,social sustainability and environmental sustainability.According to the national conditions,the suggestions suitable for the sustainable development of the TOD mode of urban rail transit in China are put forward;(2)The evaluation index system of urban rail transit TOD sustainable development is constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.On the basis of previous research and high-frequency indicators,the evaluation indicators that can characterize the sustainable development of urban rail transit TOD are widely selected.Following the principle of index system construction,the DPSIR model is introduced,the indicators are preliminarily qualitatively screened,and the importance of indicators are Quantitatively screened based on the correlation degree.Finally,the urban rail transit TOD sustainable development indicator system including 18 indicators is established;(3)The sustainable development of urban rail transit TOD is a high-dimensional,multifaceted and complex issue.The projection pursuit model is used to study the development level of urban rail transit TOD in 12 cities in China.This method has high accuracy and strong anti-interference,and can expose the data sample structure to the maximum extent.At the same time,when optimizing the projection objective function,the accelerated genetic algorithm is introduced to search for the optimal projection direction.This method can avoid falling into premature convergence,has high accuracy and high computational efficiency,and makes the results more scientific and reliable.
