Urban rail transit is the main force of transportation passenger flow and providing the indispensable main force.Not only urban rail transit brings the social benefits,but also made a huge contribution which is not be underestimated in alleviate air pollution and traffic jams.Based on the advantage of rail transportation,focus on developing urban rail transit has become a trend to solve the problem of urban road congestion.But Before the construction of rail transit and operating profits we need to spend a lot of money to build it.However,ahead of the rail transit planning and lag of the benefits will have a direct impact on urban sustainable development.So the comprehensive benefit evaluation method for urban rail transit is necessary to study.First,this paper introduces the research background and research significance of this article and expounds the research status of rail transit at home and abroad is presented.what ’s more this article has carried on the literature review around the benefit analysis theory and relevant methods.Based on relevant theories of urban rail transit benefit,preliminary complete theoretical system framework of rail transit comprehensive benefit,and gradually perfect the system of the comprehensive benefits.In addition,clearly expounds the concept and the characteristics of urban rail transit comprehensive benefit.Secondly,considering the necessity of establishing index system,according to the characteristics of the project itself,and based on the principle of the establishment of evaluation index,combined with the classification of the cost-benefit analysis to identify as a result,to construction the evaluation index system of urban rail transit comprehensive benefit.Again,according to the factors which is should be considered in build evaluation model,by compared with other comprehensive evaluation method,the paper finally used the projection pursuit model that the core idea is to put the high-dimensional data into low-dimensional data.Is improved when applying to use,and then build suitable for urban rail transit’s comprehensive benefit evaluation model,and is used to evaluate produced benefits of rail transit.Finally,in shijiazhuang,metro line 1,3 phase one project as an example,Application of comprehensive benefit evaluation index system and method which mentioned above,The evaluation period is 2018 and 2019 two years,collection a large number of actual data,to carry out empirical research,And it is concluded that the subway first phase project of shijiazhuang comprehensive benefit evaluation level for general conclusions.But all kinds of benefits is gradually revealed in the process,in the stage of rapid growth.The results prove that the model can effectively estimate the comprehensive benefit value of rail transit projects,comprehensively determine the benefit level of rail transit projects,and provide some inspiration for its construction planning and operation.And also puts forward some Suggestions for the development of shijiazhuang city subway network strategy and the application of the evaluation index system,reference for policy makers.
