Application & Research For Construction Organizational Proposal Of Large-scale Metallurgical Factory Project

This essay is separated into two parts. The former part is to analyze the principle of Architectural Construction Proposal and the function of Construction Management, which sums up in data methods in existed documents systematically, gives a presentation of compiling basis, contents, methods and program for construction proposal, through my 3-year relative knowledge. And then the relations between construction proposal and enterprise management and development, as well as the relations between construction proposal and its project and management on site are also described. Making comprehensive utilization of multi-scientific theories, I studied how to compile construction proposal for large-scale metallurgical factory construction project.The latter part is to discuss how to compile construction proposal for large-scale metallurgical factory project with the help of the theory and methods I have learn.The project of "1800 Cold Rolling Mill of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd." is as an example what I compiled. The annual capacity of this project is 1.7 million cold rolling sheets, which is used for automobile industry and household appliances. With 7.4 billion RMB Yuan of total investment, 28 months of construction period, this project started on Oct. 1st, 2002.1 am the chief person who is in charge of the whole construction project, and now is organizing this work. Based on the project and its characteristics, how to application and research construction proposal for large-scale metallurgical factory project is what I did. Through the compiling, I have been systematically researching the whole construction process, and have it a guide plan, which can control the whole construction program. In this way, my practice capability improved a lot.
