| In order to actively respond to global climate change,China has solemnly promised to the world that it will strive to “reach its peak in 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality in 2060”.With the deepening of energy conservation and emission reduction in particular the pressure on coal has been increasing in China,it is a general trend for thermal power enterprises to transform and develop new energy sources.New energy power generation projects ushered in significant development opportunities.Shandong Province,where Company A is located,has also formulated a medium-and long-term development plan to promote the rapid development of new energy.As a thermal power generation company,Company A is faced with the historical mission and realistic task of transforming and developing new energy.How to master initiative and win opportunities in transformation and development? In the final analysis,it depends on the joint efforts of employees.The key is to have a strong new energy project team with core competitiveness.This paper discusses how to build a more scientific and efficient project team to help the successful transformation and high-quality development of A Company.In this study,the project team of company A in the process of transforming and developing new energy is taken as the research object,and the team building theory is applied to the project team building practice of thermal power enterprises in the process of transforming and developing new energy.based on the team development stage theory,belbin team role theory,virtual team theory and high-performance team theory,etc.,By using the research methods of questionnaire,interview and case study,this paper makes a diagnosis and evaluation on the current situation of project team building in the process of A company’s transformation and development of new energy,Found and analyzed the problems existing in the construction of the project team,and puts forward improvement countermeasures and safeguard measures according to the existing problems and the actual development of the enterprise: First,timely promote the team development stage into a mature stage;Secondly,based on Belbin’s team role theory,further improve team capacity building;Thirdly,improve team communication management based on virtual team theory;Fourth,Further improve the performance appraisal mechanism and strengthen the team incentive work.At the same time,the safeguard measures for the implementation of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: actively striving for the attention of Company A and the support of resource elements,establishing and perfecting various rules and regulations of project team construction,further strengthening the team culture construction,and conducting regular team reflection.Finally,This paper puts forward the research conclusions and prospects around the core content of the article,hoping to promote the successful transformation and high-quality development of Company A and provide reference for similar enterprises in the process of transformation. |
