With the rapid development of urbanization in my country,the trend of population aging is also becoming more and more serious.In addition to the improvement of supporting facilities for the elderly and the social welfare system,community elderly care and home care will be the main elderly care strategies in line with my country’s national conditions.The community will be the main battlefield for the development of the above-mentioned two pension methods.According to previous research,the renovation and renovation of the outdoor space of the existing old residential area pays more attention to the optimization and improvement of the function of the public space,and does not take into account the microclimate environment formed by the high-density building complex in the urban residential environment.It also affects the outdoor activities of the elderly.Changsha’s typical climate of "hot in summer and cold in winter" has also brought great trouble to the outdoor communication and interaction of elderly groups.This article explores the optimization and transformation of the outdoor space wind environment in old communities from the perspective of suitability for the elderly.The outdoor space of the community is optimized and transformed while meeting the health and living needs of the elderly.This thesis sorts out and summarizes the existing pedestrian wind speed comfort standards,and finds that most of the current wind environment reference standards are universal,and do not take the elderly as the research object.Taking the current wind comfort standard as a reference,this thesis uses a combination of field research,questionnaire survey and field measurement to conduct a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the activity behavior of middle-aged and elderly residents in old residential areas and the current situation of outdoor space wind environment.In addition,the thermal comfort evaluation index of the elderly was introduced,and the wind comfort range suitable for the elderly was calculated by Ray Man thermal comfort software,and the wind environment evaluation standard suitable for the elderly in Changsha,a typical hot summer and winter cold area,was proposed.This thesis uses the PHOENICS simulation software to simulate and analyze the outdoor space wind environment of the old residential area,and combines the field measured data to verify the true reliability of the software simulation.Finally,based on the perspective of suitability for the elderly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of the outdoor space wind environment in the old community in Changsha City and proposes optimization strategies to make the outdoor space design scientific and reasonable and also meet the wind environment comfort requirements of the elderly in this area,so as to improve the elderly The comfort of people’s outdoor activities,the improvement of physical condition and the improvement of living happiness,and the guidance and reference for the optimization and transformation of outdoor space wind environment for the aging of the old community at this stage.61 pictures,33 tables,88 references...
