With the gradual development of socialism in China,the process of urbanization has played a positive role in promoting the development of social economy.but.We must also reflect on the many problems that have arisen at present.The extensive economic growth pattern in the early days of socialist construction left many environmental problems.In the new era,urban construction should understand,respect and adapt to the basic laws of urban development.A reasonable urban construction development model is conducive to the full use of natural resources and is of great significance for improving the sustainability of cities.As a residential area where people live daily,residential buildings account for a large proportion of urban and rural construction.How to better conform to the development law of the natural environment in the planning and design of the residential area,and mitigate the impact on the natural ecological process,especially to explore the adaptive law between the residential layout pattern and the urban local climate environment.It is of great significance to push up the planning and design level of residential areas,make better use of the local wind environment,improve the environmental quality of residential areas,and reduce the consumption of natural resources.This paper uses the wind environment simulation method to study the law between the residential building layout and the wind environment characteristics of such typical inland weak wind areas in Mianyang,and seeks to rely on the scientific residential area layout to improve the air environment inside the residential area.Rational use of natural ventilation to improve air quality in residential areas.This paper firstly sorts out the results of related papers on the study of wind environment in residential communities at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the characteristics of wind environment in the study area.Thirdly,it introduces the process of wind environment simulation means,the principle of calculation and analysis of the results.Fourth,the wind and climate conditions within the reasonable residential community were determined.Fifth,the wind environment at different scales of the residential community was simulated and analyzed,and the relationship between the layout and combination of residential buildings and the wind environment was analyzed to reveal its wind.Field distribution characteristics and variation laws;Finally,the characteristics of residential wind and climate environment at different scales are sorted out,and the corresponding residential layout strategies are summarized based on the simulation results,which can provide a reference for the planning and layout of residential areas in Mianyang.The main innovations and conclusions of this research are as follows:1)For the wind environment characteristics of the inland weak wind area in the hilly area of Mianyang,the research results related to the outdoor wind environment evaluation index system at home and abroad,and the relevant documents published by China on the evaluation of green buildings.The relevant index requirements in the environmental assessment criteria determine the wind speed range for determining the suitability of the wind environment in the region;2)analyze the wind environment characteristics of residential buildings and building combinations at different scales;3)initially propose a study based on the wind environment of residential communities The construction strategy of the ventilation corridor of Mianyang City.
