With the development of urbanization, a large number of buildings are underconstruction, wind environment issues around buildings have arisen, and the study of windenvironment around buildings is paid more attention by many researchers. How to predictthe hidden dangers in built environment accurately and how to optimize the windenvironment properly are the primary mission of studying wind environment. The specificresearch contents in this paper are as follows.Firstly, the evaluation model of wind environment comfort is established by adoptingfuzzy mathematics method in this paper. The evaluation object is wind environment aroundbuildings.“Wind speed”、“Temperature” and “Humidity” were the three evaluation factorsto effect wind environment. The weight of evaluation factors to “the extent of the windenvironment impact” is arrived by adopting analytic hierarchy process, and theweightW is0.660.170.17. Subjection function is determined by selecting assignmentmethod, and fuzzy matrices R was arrived. Then the wind environment comfort is evaluatedsynthetically based up on the matrixB RWT.Secondly, numerical simulation employ FLAIR module of PHOENICS, meanwhile, itis based on Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and renormalization group k turbulence model. The wind environment inside and outside of XinYu Hengda residentialbuildings is studied by the finite element analysis method, then the wind environmentcomfort is estimated based up on the results of numerical calculation and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model.Finally, the impact of architectural layout with regard to wind environment is studiedbased up on the angle between determinant buildings and dominant wind direction and theinternal space of determinant buildings in this paper. Conclusions are arrived by studyingdifferent solutions, air flow diversion phenomenon in the buildings interval channel and airflow acceleration around the building corner are affected at the angle between determinantbuildings and dominant wind direction, air flow acceleration in the buildings intervalchannel is affected at buildings internal space. For the airflow acceleration issue of XinYuHengda residential buildings, the original architectural layout is turned45degrees to thenorthwest, the14#dwelling is offset three meters to the west, and the wind environment around buildings is optimized by improving original architectural layout.
