In recent years,the significant improvement of global economic development and continuous development of science and new energy vehicles have replaced traditional vehicles and become the mainstream.How to ensure the quality and safety of the automobile has become the focus of attention.To ensure the quality of the automobile,the first thing is to ensure the quality of the automobile parts.Therefore,as an auto parts manufacturer,Changchun Jiahui Co.,Ltd.should enhance the level of project quality management.The lock device is one of the main products of Changchun Jiahui Co.,Ltd..This paper takes the quality management of lock device project as an example.Firstly,this paper introduces the company background,enterprise objectives and quality policy of Changchun Jiahui Co.,Ltd.firstly,then analyzes the current situation of the quality management of the lock device project from the introduction of the lock device project and the quality management mechanism,and analyzes the root cause of the problems from the existing sample delivery problems,the lack of knowledge reserve of the project team members,the problem of quality problems not solved in time.The root causes are the project team members lack of cognition of project quality management,project quality management control loopholes and the shortcoming of project quality management internal rules and regulations.The optimization programs are made from these three root causes.Secondly,according to three stages of development,control and improvement of the lock device project,the project quality management optimization program formulation.For the optimization of the project development stage,it is proposed to strengthen the quality awareness of project team members,strengthen quality management training,identify risk projects in advance,and optimize the risk management process.To optimize the project control phase,improve the process of change management and sample management in the project process,and strengthen the quality audit of documents.For the optimization of the project improvement stage,establish the quality problem solving mechanism,promote lean management concept and improve the project experience and lessons learned process.Through the implementation of the above quality management optimization plan,the product quality and customer satisfaction of the new project have been improved.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the company,to formulate plans and implement measures to improve the quality management level of management,promote quality culture,establish a system of rewards and punishments for quality management,improve the quality management system and improve the quality Customer satisfaction,the optimized scheme of quality management of lock device project can be implemented and carried out effectively,so as to improve the project quality management of Changchun Jiahui Co.,Ltd.effectively.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the quality management of lock device project for Changchun Jiahui Co.,Ltd.,probe into the problems existing in the quality management of the lock device project and the improvement methods,and to formulate the optimization plan pertinently in order to improve the overall quality management of the car lock project,extend the experience to other projects,and provide some reference and incentive for other projects.
