Research On Project Management Optimization Of New Product Development In Company HR

In the past decade,China’s automobile industry has been continuously expanding,with automobile production and sales ranking first globally,becoming the most active automobile market in the world.Despite being affected by adverse factors such as the global pandemic,chip shortages,and rising raw materials in the past few years,Chinese cars have withstood the pressure and steadily moved forward.In 2020,China’s automobile sales reached 25.31 million units,and in 2021,26.27 million units,a year-on-year increase of 3.8%.The Chinese automotive market will continue to maintain a growth trend in 2022,especially with the most impressive performance of new energy vehicles.With the continuous improvement of industry status,the automotive industry,as a pillar industry of the national economy,has become increasingly prominent in driving related industries.As the foundation of the automotive industry,automotive components need to pay more attention to the improvement of new product development ability,quality assurance ability,after-sales service and other abilities,laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the automotive industry.This paper takes HR company as an example to analyze the relevant process of the company’s new product development project management.Combining the project management theory,new product development theory,and the quality management tools related to IATF16949,it focuses on analyzing the existing problems,causes and improvement plans of HR company from the aspects of product design process,cost control,team organization structure,development process optimization,supplier management mechanism,etc.,to improve the efficiency of project development.This article takes the new product development project management process of HR company as the research object,adopts literature analysis and case study methods,and simultaneously applies theories such as project management,new product development,early product quality planning,potential failure modes and effects analysis,to deeply analyze the problems existing in the existing new product development project management process of HR company,such as difficulty in project team communication,high product design failure rate,and many problems before mass production,The root causes of cost control failures and other issues were analyzed.In response to the current problems,in-depth research has been conducted using project management theory and new product development theory,and an optimization plan for improving project management of new product development in HR company has been proposed.The company’s organizational structure has been optimized,the scope of project manager authority has been increased,the process of product and process design has been optimized,supplier management mechanisms have been strengthened,small batch trial production regulations have been optimized before mass production,and cost management mechanisms have been optimized.Finally,based on the current development status of HR company,the paper proposes guarantee measures for the implementation of the company’s new product development project management process optimization plan,including obtaining support from the management,improving the human resource management system,optimizing performance evaluation and incentives,establishing effective training mechanisms,and promoting project team construction through talent guarantee.Promote the smooth implementation of new product development project management optimization plans through the above guarantee measures.The research purpose of this topic is to guide HR companies to solve existing problems,introduce project management scientific theories into various aspects of company management,improve company project processes,shorten project development cycles,reduce project development costs,increase the company’s comprehensive competitiveness,and enable the company to have long-term development in a fiercely competitive environment.
