| With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of science and technology,cars have entered millions of households,and many people drive or take cars for a long time every day.With the increase of driving time,various chronic diseases have followed.Lumbar back pain is one of them and is the main.Studies have shown that back pain is already the main cause of high social medical costs.one.Car seats are in large-scale contact with drivers and passengers,and can improve the pain problems of long-term driving back pain by improving seat design,especially the design of the waist support on the seat.Lumbar support is also called waist support.Studies have shown that seats with waist support can significantly alleviate the incidence and pain of waist pain compared with seat-free seats.one.At present,the research on waist support mainly focuses on its static comfort,and the effect of lumbar support on static comfort on the degree of lumbar support,and has less research on the effect of waist support on comfort during long-term driving.This article mainly conducts research on this issue.Through the subjective test,the driver has the law of the position change requirements of the waist support in the long-term driving process.The main content of the paper is as follows.1.Car seats waist comfort,main objective evaluation test desk construction and test preparationA car driving simulation platform is established,which is composed of electric car seats,bottom brackets,steering wheel simulators,and body pressure distribution test equipment.The function of the testing equipment of the body pressure distribution,the collection and pre-processing of pressure data.The conditions and functions of the commonly used pressure distribution indicators were analyzed,and the pressure indicators of the main objective evaluation and research suitable for this article were studied.2.Studies based on the static comfort of the waist-based and objective evaluationBased on the simulation driving platform,a static body pressure distribution test was performed to change the seats of the seats and the changes in body pressure distribution in different drivers.The test results show that the lumbar support that a large weight driver is selected in time is less than the less weight,and the height of the driver’s height has little effect on the selection of the waist support parameters.The higher the driver’s weight,the higher the three pressure indicators of the maximum pressure area,the total pressure and the average pressure of the pressure;the higher the high height of the waist support,the higher the total force,average pressure and the maximum pressure area of the waist.At the same time,when it is found that when adjusting the lumbar support to the most comfortable waist support parameters,it will reduce the upward or down comfort,and when the upward adjustment is the decrease in comfort when the pressure index increases.3.Study on the laws of motion of the waist support for a long timeBased on the simulation driving platform and subjective evaluation methods,long-term driving factors are considered,and the effects of lumbar holding parameters,driving time on the driver’s subjective comfort and body pressure distribution.The results show that as the driving time increases,the pressure index will reach stability after a period of time,and the discomfort will gradually increase with time;when the discomfort begins to have a strong impact on driving Adopting the adjustment method of one and one time,each change of lumbar support is generally between 0-1cm,and the height changes are generally between 0-2cm.There is also a certain positive correlation with weight;in addition,as the driving time increases,the frequency of regulating waist support is increasing.4.Construction type design of car seat supportBased on the background and development of the car seat waist support design,the structure and advantages and disadvantages of each typical waist support were analyzed.According to the test requirements,the two waist support structures were designed.Select the appropriate waist support structure,explain the principle of adjustment of the lumbar support movement,and analyze the strength and deformation of the lumbar support structure through the finite element method. |
