With the rapid development of China's economic construction,and the general improvement of living standards,automobiles have spread to every family,and become the people the necessary vehicle in daily life.When the car ownership has increased dramatically,many diseases and problems caused by the driving of automobiles have gradually emerged.Car seat comfort is an urgent need to solve in recent years,which directly affect the driver's physical health and personal safety.In this paper,research methods include the results of physiology,statistics and ergonomics.Through the social investigation,the healthy adults' demand of car seat comfort had been received,and then the research parameters and evaluation criteria had been determined.The pressure distribution data and subjective comfort of healthy adults in 3 different vehicles were tested by Xsensor pressure sampling system.n the process of exploring the factors related to comfort,the difference between the driving posture and the difference between male and female and correlation analysis of between human subjective comfort and body pressure parameters were analyzed.According to the results of differential analysis and correlation analysis,the input parameters and output parameters of the BP neural network model are determined,and then a BP neural network model which has predictive ability is established.The neural network model is difficult to understand for people who have not been exposed to a similar theory,so the BP neural network can be integrated into the GUI interface.,The designed GUI interface can be easy to use.In this paper,the recognition rate is greater than 60%of the social investigation was selected as the study parameters,and the average pressure,maximum pressure,contact area of the body region,such as the back,buttocks,thighs,etc altogether 31 parameters were determined as the study parameters.Based on the experiment of static comfort of the car seat,the study of the parameters of the study had been received.Arrival at a conclusion that men and women are differ in their driving cars.And there is a clear correlation between comfort and 17 other parameters.Finally,use the 17 parameters as input data,subjective comfort as output data,BP neural network and GUI interface are established.This BP neural network model's forecast accuracy in the 80%-90%,has a higher accuracy.The BP neural network model can provide the basis for the follow-up study,and provide the basis for the automobile seat design.
