With the advent of the automobile era,private cars have been integrated into the daily life of the public.Riding safety has been paid more and more attention by people.Its comfort and safety are important indexes for users to choose.The safety is determined by collision and other mechanical tests,while the comfort is mostly determined by the size,shape and composition of the seat.In this paper,children aged 2-11 within the scope of national standards were selected,and children aged 2-6 were selected as the research objects.Through the study,key factors were extracted for 6 experimental studies,including30 variable factors in total.40 objective samples and 48 subjective samples were obtained through the body pressure tester for a single factor.Then Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the samples respectively and draw conclusions.Finally,appropriate design principles and improvement schemes for child safety seats were proposed.It has important theoretical and practical significance for children’s ride comfort and related product research and development.The results show that :(1)when the tilt Angle of child safety seat backrest is 90°,100°,110°,120° and 130°,the overall comfort is the best when it is about 110°,and the comfort is the worst when it is 90°.(2)When the width of seat surface of child safety seat is 360 mm,400mm,440 mm and 480 mm respectively,the comfort of each part is the best and the comfort of 360 mm is the worst from 400 mm to 440 m.(3)When the height of the backrest of the child safety seat is 600 mm,650mm,700 mm,750mm,800 mm respectively,and 700 mm,the comfort of each part is the best,while 400 mm is the worst.(4)When the seat surface thickness of child safety seat is 0mm,60 mm,100mm,120 mm,140mm,160 mm and 200 mm respectively,and 100mm-120 mm,the comfort of each part is the best,while the comfort of 200 mm is the worst.(5)When the seat cover of child safety seat is made of artificial leather,interlayer mesh cloth,fine linen,bird’s eye cloth and flocking cloth,the overall comfort of interlayer mesh cloth is the best and flocking cloth is the lowest.(6)When the filling materials for the seat surface of child safety seat were EPS(polystyrene foam),EPE(polyethylene foamed cotton)and EPP(foaming polypropylene),the comfort of each part of human body was the highest in EPE,while EPS was the worst.(7)There is a significant negative correlation between the maximum pressure of children and seat surface and back comfort.
