Passive Adjustment Method Of Transitional Space In Headquarters Office Building

The passive design of single headquarters office building located in hot summer and cold winter region needs to deal with the difference of winter and summer climate conditions.The industrial renewal in the 2020 s has brought about the reform of office mode,and the design method of single-type headquarters office building also needs to be updated.Research results of passive design strategy with spatial form as the core keep emerging,and the use of office space under industrial renewal is gradually complicated,making transitional space become the carrier to realize the coupling of climate regulation and shared office.In order to construct the passive regulation method of transitional space in the single-block headquarters office building in hot summer and cold winter area,and to provide feasible ideas for the green forward design of this type,the research is firstly carried out from the three aspects of composition mode,seasonal response and evaluation criteria,to clarify the application principle of transitional space.Then,based on the case study and the simulation of ventilation and lighting based on PHOENICS,Grasshopper Ladybug plug-in and VELUX Daylight Visualizer platform,this paper focuses on three dimensions: space and orientation,space and season,and space and interface.The wind-thermal performance,photothermal performance and comprehensive performance of transitional space of various modes are evaluated,and the application strategy and process of transitional space in headquarters office buildings are formed combining with the study of adjustable measures of interface.Finally,combining with the practical application of the Second phase of Ganghua Project,the feasibility of the transitional spatial climate regulation strategy was tested and energy consumption was quantified based on Insight in Revit,which proved that it could realize the coupling of public space function and climate regulation performance in the design process and the coupling of low energy consumption and good use evaluation in the evaluation stage.Through the principle,strategy and practice,the feasibility and application value of passive adjustment method of transitional space in single headquarters office building are verified.The full text is about 50000 words,70 pictures and 30 charts.
