Research On The Space Design Of Headquarters Office Building Based On Nomadic Office Mode

With the rapid development of global economy,the Internet information technology is also innovating in the direction of more intelligence.Many enterprises at home and abroad are expanding in scale and increasing in branches,forming a similar network structure.A large number of well-known enterprises at home and abroad have begun to build their own headquarters office buildings to meet the needs of diversified functions.Different from ordinary office buildings,corporate headquarters have obvious corporate brand attributes.Even some technology companies pay more attention to the unique space experience inside,leaving a deep impression on their employees and partners.There are also some enterprises that design avant-garde architectural forms to try to guide the "future" trend.On the one hand,they are trying to show their own corporate image characteristics,on the other hand,they are also exploring new office models to improve the office comfort of employees.Under this background,the corporate headquarters office building always reflects some particularity,and gradually becomes a unique building type.The research of this paper is based on the logic of putting forward problems,analyzing and solving problems,and designing practice.The background of the research is that in the era of information technology and "sharing economy",the internal office mode of the enterprise has gradually changed greatly,from the original single working mode to the direction of joint office,sharing office and comfortable office,and the headquarters of the enterprise has gradually changed to the direction of functional compounding and comfortable office environment.This paper starts from the background of the times,combined with the nomadic theory which is more suitable for today’s office model as the theoretical guidance,discusses a new office model,namely nomadic office.Based on this more open,free and diversified Office model,this paper guides the space design of some new innovative enterprise headquarters office buildings,which is the space design of some small and medium-sized company headquarters office buildings Construction provides its own insights.The first chapter of the paper mainly describes the background of the research object,the purpose and significance of the research and the current research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter discusses the nomadic office mode by studying the nomadic theory,combining the nomadic theory with the commonness of the new office mode,and makes a systematic analysis of the characteristics of nomadic office.Therefore,the third chapter focuses on the analysis of the behavior mode and psychological needs of the contemporary headquarters employees under the nomadic office mode,and discusses the impact on the characteristics of the internal space of the headquarters based on the behavioral psychological needs.The fourth chapter is the core chapter of the paper.Through the basic research of the third chapter,the design principles and space design strategies of headquarters office building under nomadic office are proposed.In the fifth chapter,based on the project design schemeparticipated by the author,the author further explores the construction of the corporate headquarters office space by combining the design ideas and Strategies of the previous article with practice.At the end of the chapter,BIM Technology is added to assist the construction of space,which provides technical support for the construction of space.Finally,according to the previous chapters,the design trend of the future corporate headquarters and the working mode of the enterprise are briefly prospected.
