Shared Office Space In Haikou

The introduction of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation initiative" policy in2015 has led to the rapid development of China’s sharing economy.With its comprehensive and perfect enterprise training mechanism and efficient incubation model,co-working has become a concrete manifestation of China’s high-quality development.As an important physical carrier,co-working space continues to iterate with the sharing economy from learning style to essence.The development of shared office space in Hainan,especially in Haikou,is divided into three important periods: in 2009,the construction of Hainan international tourism island became a national strategy;in 2015,the Opinions of the State Council on Several Policies and Measures for Vigorously Advancing the Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation was promulgated;in 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to " explore the construction of free trade port with Chinese characteristics." Later,the CPC Central Committee decided to support the construction of a pilot free trade zone across Hainan island.Through the analysis of the development trajectory of shared office space in these three periods and the policies introduced at that time,it is not difficult to speculate that the continuously released policy dividends on the development and construction of the free trade port is bound to inject a strong dose for the shared office space in Haikou and the development of enterprises and individuals settled in it.The epidemic has not only impacted the economy,but also reshaped people’s psychology and behavior patterns.Based on extensive review of the relevant theories of co-working space at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the strategies and methods of co-working space design by combing the development history of related projects at home and abroad,interpreting the relevant policies issued by Hainan,and conducting field research,visits and questionnaire surveys on some representative co-working space design cases in Haikou.Use design elements such as light,color and materials to create coworking space design solutions that adapt to market needs,user characteristics and community development trends.
