Design Of Shared Office Space For Internet Companies

With the emergence of modern sharing economy,human daily life and production have been greatly affected.As a new form of space,shared office space has completely changed the appearance and functional layout of modern office,presenting a new office model of openness,individuality,and information resource sharing.Here,various tasks can be smoothly carried out,team brainstorming can be carried out,multiple group meetings can be initiated,and knowledge,skills,and information resource sharing can be achieved.This new office location is known as the"new office".This article conducts research on the historical,developmental,and current forms of office space both domestically and internationally,including analyzing the internal decoration and decoration style,functional distribution,material selection,and other aspects of shared office space.It summarizes that shared office space presents social and community characteristics in spatial organization.Internet companies’ shared office space needs to meet the needs of humanization,flexibility,openness,personalization,and ecology Intelligent design requirements;It is necessary to comply with the design characteristics of diversified site selection,diversified applicable objects,urbanization of spatial organization,humanization of functional zoning,and composite spatial functions.In terms of design,it follows five major design strategies:overall spatial planning,light decoration and heavy decoration,creative indoor and outdoor guidance,subjectivity of spatial scenes,and environmental protection of decorative materials.This article takes the shared office space design practice project of an internet company in Beijing as an example,integrating the design requirements,characteristics,strategies,and methods of shared office space into the project design,and designing a shared office space that meets the current needs of internet companies,allowing users to directly experience the charm of shared office space.This paper combines traditional office space with shared space to create a beautiful,comfortable,free and open office environment,providing a theoretical and practical basis for the future development direction of shared office design.
