Study On The Design Bookstore Building Under The Background Of New Consumption Era

Under the tide of digital economy,"Internet +" consumption mode gradually occupies a leading position in residents’ consumption life,and China has entered a "new consumption era".The core value of bookstores has changed from book sales to experience creation.Space has become the core resource of bookstores.It has both consumption and public attributes,and has become a cultural infrastructure.Combining experience and social needs to reshape Bookstore space and make it an example of consumption space,which has profound social significance.In this way,the article attempts to sort out the consumption trend,explore the position,attitude and strategy of architects’ practice,and critically summarize the current practice trend.Firstly,the article sorts out the changing factors of the bookstores,and defines the needs of space.The key is to give consideration to consumption and public demand.Clarify the development trend of bookstore space from four aspects: theme,function,experience and association.Clarify the function of bookstore in the new consumption era,discuss it from four aspects: basic function,generalization function,environmental orientation and cultural orientation,and analyze the decisive impact of basic reading,experience consumption,environmental value and local life on design.Based on the thinking of orientation,the design principles are summarized as "interesting metaphor of concept type","variable compound of spatial function","immersion and curiosity of consumption experience" and "integration and sharing of site environment".Through screening,sorting and analyzing case materials,based on 11 specific methods in four categories of "cultural expression","variable behavior","atmosphere construction" and "life sharing",summarize the design strategies and sort out a more comprehensive design system.Finally,it expounds the design process of the project "Tangshan mining pit bookstore Librairie Avantgrade" participated by the author,so as to comprehensively reflect and use the research results to enrich the strategic connotation.
