Research And Practice Of Peach Wood Carving Cultural And Creative Product Design In Feicheng City Based On Local Creation Strategy

A series of national cultures,such as intangible culture,contain the ancient life memory and cultural genes of the Chinese nation.Its distinctive cultural characteristics and regional cultural connotation make it an important part of Chinese culture,as well as a component of the country’s cultural soft power.Recent years,with the increasing yearning for a better life,the demand of all sectors of society for the modern "activation" treatment and transformation of intangible cultural heritage has become increasingly intense.In 2006,Feicheng peach wood carving folk custom was included in the representative project list of Shandong Provincial Government’s material cultural heritage because of its long history and culture and the passing down of thousands of years.In recent years,under the joint action of various social forces such as government leadership and enterprise participation,Philadelphia Peach Wood Carving has gradually set up a "stage" for its development-the Peach Wood Carving Chamber of Commerce,which makes the development of local economy and culture and the "living" management of Feicheng Peach Wood Carving culture.Local innovation is a highly inclusive,integrated and sustainable design strategy formed by the cooperation,coordination,role and coexistence of various local elements.Under such a background,the inheritance and renewal of intangible cultural heritage will be carried out based on the concept of local creation strategy,which may explore a way to bridge the serious gap between the traditional system and modern needs that intangible cultural heritage has been facing.This thesis takes the inheritance and renewal of peach wood carving techniques in Feicheng City as the research object,and discusses how to make traditional intangible cultural heritage return to modern life and activate the place.The research of this topic is based on the author’s long-term study of peach wood carving skills and part of the literature research and field investigation.Through a large number of literature reading and investigation,the author combs the technological characteristics,development context and other elements of Feicheng peach wood carving,and analyzes and analyzes the current development status of Feicheng peach wood carving,It is clear that the main reason why the development of Feicheng mahogany carving is blocked can be summarized as "service dislocation",that is,the contradiction between the current development of Feicheng mahogany carving and the practical value and aesthetic value required by the modern market.After that,it further demonstrates the importance of seeking the path of inheritance based on the local creation strategy,and combines its own work and learning experience to explore the design principles and methods in the development process of Feicheng peach carving cultural and creative products based on the local creation strategy.Finally,in the form of design practice,it presents a product with practical value,aesthetic value,interest,participation and regional characteristics around the inheritance of Feicheng peach wood carving technology.
