| With the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry and the stricter standards of safety,quality,environmental protection and civilized construction of construction enterprises,newer and higher requirements are constantly put forward for the refined management of construction enterprises’ engineering projects.The profit margin of construction enterprises has also been further compressed,and the traditional extensive management mode has not met the management requirements of modern construction enterprises for engineering projects.Therefore,promoting refined management of engineering projects is an inevitable choice for construction enterprises.The article takes SG Company,a construction enterprise,as the research object.Although the company has introduced the idea of refined management into engineering project management,there are still many problems.This paper combined the actual situation and targeted optimization design.First of all,using the theory of refined management and combining literature and practical experience in engineering projects,investigated and analyzed the status quo of refined management of SG Company’s engineering projects,and found that there are the following problems in the five major aspects(organization,schedule,cost,safety and quality)of refined management in engineering projects of SG Company: weak awareness of refined management among employees;work planning is not strong;cost increases;potential safety and quality hazards in engineering construction.At the same time,it analyzes the specific causes of the problem,which are reflected in the unclear rights and responsibilities of the organization;lack of scientific progress management;cost has not been effectively controlled;engineering safety and quality supervision are far from satisfactory.Secondly,based on the PDCA cycle theory,specific optimization measures are proposed from five aspects(organization,schedule,cost,safety and quality): improve employees’ awareness of refinement;scientifically arrange the construction schedule;strengthen the cost control of engineering projects;improve the whole process safety and quality supervision system of the project.At the same time,use Matlab software to verify the effectiveness of the optimization scheme.Finally,guarantee measures are proposed for the implementation of the optimization plan from four aspects: ideological security,organizational security,talent security and institutional security.The research of this paper provides optimization ideas and specific implementation plans for the refined management of engineering projects of SG,and also provides reference for similar construction companies to put the refined management of engineering project in practice. |
