Research On Refined Cost Management Of Construction Project In CD Company

With the increasingly fierce market competition in the construction industry,the profit space of each enterprise is gradually shrinking,and the construction industry has entered the era of meager profit.Therefore,the competition among construction enterprises has evolved into cost competition.If the enterprise wants to achieve long term development and stand out in the fierce market competition,it must reduce the cost as much as possible under the condition of meeting the quality,safety and construction period.Therefore,the establishment of cost management system in line with their own has become an important topic that every enterprise must explore.Taking CD company as the research object,this paper aims to find out the problems and reasons of the cost management of the company through the research on the current situation of its construction project cost management,and put forward the corresponding solutions,so as to help CD company to reverse the situation of decreasing economic benefits year by year,control the construction project cost,so as to enhance its core competitiveness and make it adapt to the increasingly fierce industry competition.Through consulting the relevant literature of cost management at home and abroad,collecting the construction project data of CD company and interviewing the construction project participants of the company,this paper summarizes several problems existing in the cost management of the company,including the content of cost management is narrow,the cost plan is ostensible,the actual cost and the forecast are quite different,and the basic work is weak.Secondly,this paper analyzes the causes of various problems,and thinks that the main reasons for these problems are the lag of the company’s cost management methods,the imperfect cost management system,the low informatization of cost management,the staff quality needs to be improved and the cost management consciousness is weak.Finally,according to the specific situation of CD company,this paper combines hall threedimensional structure with construction project cost management,develops a threedimensional refined cost management system of construction project,and formulates the refined cost management scheme of construction project from three aspects of logic dimension,time dimension and knowledge dimension.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the system,this paper also puts forward specific safeguard measures,hoping that the research in this paper can help CD company to reduce the cost of construction projects,so as to improve the profit margin,and provide reference for the project cost management of similar enterprises.
