In the past few decades,the competition between the construction companies relied on hard power,advanced technology and equipment to increase the productivity and create high profit,keeping unconquerable position in market competition.However,the advanced technology is quickly replicated and imitated by other companies.It is impossible to build core competitiveness by relying on hard power alone.More and more construction companies realized the importance of refined management.Refined management has already become an inevitable requirement for enterprises to realize the transition from extensive management to modern management,and it is also the way to become stronger and stand in an invincible position for construction enterprises.In view of this background,this thesis consults a large number of research literatures on fine management.From the perspective of the construction side,taking the application of fine management of A building project as the research object,using the research method of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems" to explore how to realize the refined management of A building project.The core content of this thesis is divided into six parts.The first part elaborates the background and content of this study;the second part is the introduction of related theories,which briefly describes the content and development of fine management theory.Through the study of refinement theory in engineering management at home and abroad,the future trend is judged,which also lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of this thesis.The third part elaborates the current situation and existing problems of engineering project management,and analyses the causes of the problems,which leads to the necessity of implementing refinement management in engineering projects;the fourth part establishes the system of refinement management.The fifth part applies the refined management system and methods to the project implementation,collates all the analysis results,forms a set of effective refined management tools,and evaluates the effect;the sixth part is the conclusion and the prospect of the future.This thesis attempts to analyze and study the theory and fine management methods in projects combined with specific cases for the first time,.It is hoped that we can find a plan suitable for the fine management of engineering projects in construction enterprises in China through this project research.At the same time,it can be applied to most of construction projects in China. |
