Research On The Conservation And Reuse Of Yantai’s Ind Ustrial Heritage Based On Heritage Value

Yantai industrial heritage is one of the more special categories of Yantai cultural herit age.Today,as China pays more and more attention to the protection and inheritance of cul tural heritage,the preservation and reuse of Yantai’s industrial heritage will also be notice d more and more.Yantai’s industrial heritage is one of the more representative parts of Ya ntai’s cultural heritage,which has survived for more than a century,witnessed the rise and fall of Yantai’s politics,economy and culture,started the process of modernization,and is an important historical and cultural proof of the Yantai region.Although most of Yantai’s i ndustrial heritage has been preserved and has not yet completely disappeared,at the curren t rate of urbanization,these industrial heritages are facing a great test of survival.It has be come an important research direction to find a way out for these industrial heritages so tha t they can live on as industrial images or city business cards.Based on the heritage value,this study explores the conservation and reuse of industri al heritage in Yantai,based on a thorough understanding of the current situation of industri al heritage in Yantai.Firstly,through the research history of industrial heritage at home an d abroad,the relevant experience and directions are summarized,which provides a solid th eoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,through literature review,fiel d research and oral interview,the development of Yantai’s industrial heritage and its curre nt situation are sorted out in detail.Again,the industrial heritage investigated is summariz ed in terms of overall industrial types and distribution,then the current status of conservati on of Yantai’s industrial heritage is categorized and analyzed and the existing problems fac ed are put forward,and the heritage value is excavated,evaluated and graded based on its value.Finally,based on the excellent industrial heritage conservation cases at home and a broad,the study follows the principles of industrial heritage conservation and reuse,propo ses strategies that can effectively solve the current problems,and searches for a suitable co nservation model and reuse path for industrial heritage in Yantai.The study concludes that Yantai’s industrial heritage is in urgent need of conservation and reuse in the context of the increasing emphasis on cultural heritage protection,and tha t the heritage value it contains fully demonstrates the local characteristics and contemporar y features of Yantai’s industrial heritage,which also has an irreplaceable status and special significance among the industrial heritage in China.Due to the lack of recognition of the value of Yantai’s industrial heritage and the lagging conservation and reuse work,the curr ent situation is rather serious.Combining the heritage value with the value assessment and identification as soon as possible,and actively taking measures for protection and reuse,c an guide the industrial heritage of Yantai to play a greater value.
