As one of the birth places of modern industry in my country,after being forced to open a port,Yantai had a fierce collision with western culture,and a number of modern industrial factories and buildings that blended Chinese and Western cultures were born.They are the industrial heritages of Yantai.An important part,objectively reflects the development of the city,and established the industrial pattern of Yantai in the following decades.However,with the rapid development of Yantai today,a large number of industrial heritages are facing the problem of being abandoned and demolished.How to reasonably protect the industrial heritage and play its value again is related to the sustainable development of the city and the inheritance of industrial culture.This article takes the modern industrial heritage of Yantai as the research object.First,through the analysis of the research history and excellent cases of industrial heritage at home and abroad,it summarizes the relevant experience and theories,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the research of this article.Secondly,through a large number of on-site visits,investigations,and related historical materials,the historical context of Yantai’s modern city and industrial development was sorted out in detail,and the current characteristics of Yantai’s modern industrial heritage were sorted out in detail,and the value contained in it was explored here.Based on the analysis of the practical problems it faces.Based on this research and premised on the principles that should be followed in the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,the strategy to solve the problems at this stage is proposed,and the protection mode and method suitable for Yantai’s modern industrial heritage are found.Finally,taking the Yantai Wine Culture Museum as a practical case,according to its protection and reuse status,it verifies the practical significance of the protection and reuse of the modern industrial heritage in Yantai.Through further research in this article,I hope to promote the work of Yantai’s industrial heritage and provide a reference for the protection and reuse of similar modern industrial heritage in China. |
