| With the further development of the new generation of information technology,digitalization is gradually becoming the core factor driving economic development.In2021,the scale of China’s digital economy reached 45.5 trillion yuan,accounting for39.8% of GDP,highlighting the important position of digital economy in the national economy.Intelligent manufacturing has become a new development direction of our manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of the national development plan,all walks of life are seeking to evolve from the traditional industrial management mode to the digital management mode gradually.As a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise,Shaanxi Drum Power conforms to the development trend of the industry and grasps the opportunity of digital transformation.This paper takes Shaanxi Drum power as the case study object,combines organizational change theory,process reengineering theory and contingency theory as the theoretical basis of this study,explores Shaanxi drum power as the motivation for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation,and analyzes the path of Shaanxi Drum power digital transformation affecting enterprise performance from five aspects of production,sales,research and development,service and management.Then,the impact of digital transformation on the performance of Shaanxi Drum Power enterprises is analyzed.The financial data from 2012 to 2021 is analyzed vertically,and the average value of the industry is compared horizontally.Through the change of financial data,the changes in the financial indicators of Shaanxi Drum Power before and after digital transformation are analyzed and whether they bring positive influence.It is found that Shaanxi Drum Power’s digital transformation is helpful to optimize operating costs,improve profitability,accelerate asset turnover and enhance development potential.On the one hand,the digitalization effect of capital management of Shaanxi Drum Power Company needs to be improved;on the other hand,the digitalization level of research and development benefits of Shaanxi Drum Power Company needs to be improved.Finally,in view of these deficiencies,suggestions are put forward to further improve corporate performance.With the rapid development of economy,relevant digital technologies are becoming more and more mature.If manufacturing enterprises want to achieve high-quality development,they must consider the integration of digital economy and real industry.There are more and more theoretical researches related to digital transformation,but most of them focus on the development and research of manufacturing and financial industry,and mostly discuss the motivation and influencing factors of digital transformation,while few of them combine with the research of enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper hopes to study the digital transformation of Shaanxi drum power.Answering questions such as what digital transformation is,what it is,and how to transform it theoretically can also enrich relevant researches on digital transformation and financial performance.At the same time,how enterprises formulate strategies for digital transformation according to their own conditions and how to better realize the deep integration of digital and real economy can provide certain help for promoting the long-term development of enterprises.However,this paper studies the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise performance through case analysis,while case analysis is difficult to quantify the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance... |
