| Since reforming and opening,the industrialization of our country and urbanized obtained certain achievement,but at the same time,the resources and environment are also deteriorating continuously,which has had the adverse effect.Nowadays,the environmental pollution problem in various regions of our country is very serious.It has become an urgent problem to be solved to balance steady economic growth and ecological environmental protection.Driven by the shortage of resources and serious environmental pollution,China has added the improvement of energy transformation level into the national development plan.Moreover,China is in the stage of new energy revolution,the main aims are to increase the use of clean energy,raise the proportion of energy consumption,reduce the pressure of energy shortage,and achieve the goals of energy saving and emission reduction,therefore,it will have a certain influence on the change of ecological environment and the growth of social economy.Our energy resources are abundant,but it’s not very energy efficient,and there are some problems in the structure of energy consumption,therefore improving the energy transformation level is the key to alleviate the problem of ecological pollution.From a practical point of view,promoting the energy transition through the government’s macrocontrol,as well as by promoting technological innovation and public concern is the focus of the government’s policy.However,the government’s concern on how to influence the energy transition and whether it will be mediated by technological innovation and residents’ concern needs to be studied.First of all,the paper compiled research documents related to the connotation of energy transformation,evolution,and influencing factors at home and abroad.Based on the theory of economics,low-carbon economy theory,energy configuration theory,and technological innovation theory,the government focuses on the impact of energy transformation.According to the influencing mechanism,the relevant research assumptions are proposed.Based on the perspective of the government work report,the energy transformation keywords are constructed,and the word frequency of energy transition keywords in the work report of the provincial government is used to use text mining technologies to extract the frequency of energy transformation in various provincial government work reports as a measure of energy transformation.Then,from 2011 to 2020,30 provinces(excluding Tibet,Taiwan,Macau,and Hong Kong)were used as research objects to build dynamic space Dubin and intermediary effect models,and study the government’s attention to the impact of energy transformation.In addition,this article also divides various provinces in accordance with different energy,geographical location,and income levels,and tests the government’s attention to the heterogeneity of energy transformation.Then,it is concluded that the direct effect of the government’s attention has significant but different impacts on the energy transition in the short and long run,while the spillovers are significant only in the short run.The difference of energy abundance and geographical location will affect the process of energy transition,especially in the short term.Under the stratification of income level,the government pays attention to the significant spillover effect of energy transition.After adding technological innovation and resident concern into the model,it is found that both of them have obvious partial mediating effect.To sum up,it is necessary to fully release the direct and spatial spillover effects of the government’s attention,and continuously improve technological innovation and residents’ attention,so as to better promote the energy transition.Finally,on the basis of the above research conclusions,put forward the following Suggestions::(1)Improve the government’s attention to energy transition and stimulate the positive impact of government attention on energy transition;(2)To formulate relevant policies and implement relevant measures,giving full consideration to such factors as energy abundance,geographical location and income levels by region;(3)In terms of scientific and technical innovation,we should strengthen top-level design,enlarge capital investment,consolidate scientific payoffs,support collaborative innovation,and speed up the pace of implementing the strategy of scientific and technological innovation in the field of energy.(4)Intensify publicity efforts,cultivate residents’ awareness of green environmental protection,establish an open and transparent sharing mechanism,so that the public have a full understanding of the energy transition and understand its importance to their lives. |
