With the development of the manufacturing industry and the proposal of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0,enterprises have a deeper understanding of competitive advantages.Those who can acquire and apply production data in real time can obtain more efficient logistics,lower costs and higher production capacity.The idea of "Internet of Things" in Internet of Things technology has unique advantages in production and manufacturing.How to apply Internet of Things technology to production management is the development direction of manufacturing industry today.Aiming at the problems such as untimely information connection and low efficiency of manual material calling in the material distribution process of G household appliance enterprise,this thesis combines with Internet of Things technology and takes the final assembly workshop of G household appliance enterprise as the research object,proposing a dynamic logistics distribution model based on production.Firstly,this dissertation briefly explains the relevant theories and key technologies of Internet of Things,and summarizes the relevant theories of production logistics and material distribution mode.Then,it describes in detail the layout of the enterprise’s functional area,the status quo of logistics distribution,and the more prominent problems.Based on the research data and the actual layout of the workshop,it uses Flexsim simulation software to simulate the production logistics status quo of the final assembly workshop of G household appliance enterprise,and verifies the actual problems through the simulation results.Secondly,based on Internet of Things,the information types and the collection process are elaborated,and the EPC coding method is used to define the e-label coding rules in the workshop.At the same time,the selection of the collection equipment is also briefly explained.Next,through the calculation logic of "order inventory" and "minimum inventory" compiled according to working hours,the workshop material secondary warning model is constructed to realize materials driven sorting and just-in-time logistics distribution in the workshop,and the logistics distribution business process outside the workshop is developed synchronically according to the material distribution time.In addition,the methods of dealing with abnormal changes in production conditions are analyzed.Based on the above three aspects,an optimization research scheme of production logistics system in an enterprise based on Internet of Things is constructed to realize the sharing of workshop production schedule information and the removal of the original manual material calling mode.Finally,by comparing the simulation results before and after optimization,it is verified that the optimization scheme can bring productivity benefits to the production logistics system of the final assembly workshop of G household appliance enterprise,making it feasible,effective and reasonable.
