With the development of industrial IoT technology,the digitalization of production workshops has become more effective,and the real-time data collection of various manufacturing resources has become more convenient.How to make rational use of these data has become one of the hot topics in current smart manufacturing research.The traditional production shop monitoring system lacks the means of visualizing,analyzing and processing the data,and effective monitoring and early warning of the production status.These problems led to the lack of timely and inaccurate interaction between workshop management and on-site information,and could not meet current usage requirements.This article addresses these issues,based on VR and ICT,R&D workshop site data collection and management,human-computer interactive 3D/2D integrated visualization,production status intelligent monitoring and other functional modules,through data integration with other information systems of the digital workshop,builds a production workshop intelligent monitoring system.The actual case proves that the production workshop intelligent monitoring system can dynamically respond to the situation of the workshop in real time,provide a certain reference for production decisions,and help the workshop's information management and production efficiency.The main research work is as follows:(1)Data collection and management in the workshop.On the basis of analyzing the demand of production workshop,the workshop monitoring data model was put forward,the general framework of workshop Internet of things was designed,and the real-time data description and storage mechanism was put forward,which supported the management of multi-source and heterogeneous data in the workshop.(2)Data driven based on virtual reality.Through virtual physics modeling,the construction and optimization of 3D virtual workshop scenes adopted technologies such as Batching and LOD;researched the data driving mechanism of 3D models,designed equipment interaction properties and data driving algorithms,and performed real-time visual rendering through Unity3D engine platform.(3)Researched the intelligent monitoring and early warning of the status of production workshops.Used SPC to monitor and predict equipment status,established a real-time display mechanism for production plant status information and studied equipment performance monitoring.(4)Integrating the above research results,the workshop's intelligent monitoring system was designed and developed,and the system development environment,overall framework,functional structure and system integration were analyzed.The actual case study was used to verify that the system meets the needs of digital workshop monitoring.
