Research On Influencing Factors Of Waterproofing Projects Quality In Civil Buildings

As a vital part of construction,waterproofing plays an important role in protecting the structural integrity of buildings,preventing building leaks,and avoiding water erosion.The quality of waterproofing works and the safety of construction projects,applicability,economy and environmental protection are closely related.However,the survey shows that in recent years,China’s building waterproofing engineering quality problems occur frequently,the building leakage rate remains high.This is because the quality of waterproofing engineering factors,and the factors have a certain correlation between the quality control of waterproofing engineering has brought serious challenges.Therefore,the thesis through literature combing,questionnaire survey,interpretation of the structural model and other methods of China’s civil building waterproofing engineering quality of factors affecting the in-depth study to identify the main factors affecting the quality of waterproofing engineering intrinsic correlation between the key factors affecting the quality of waterproofing engineering,so as to provide valuable reference and theoretical reference for building waterproofing engineering quality improvement.First,the thesis conducted a detailed review of literature and reports related to waterproofing engineering quality,based on which the current status of the development of building waterproofing engineering and the main problems existed were analyzed.Then,the thesis used literature research and expert interviews to extract 35 factors influencing the quality of waterproofing projects.Secondly,the extracted 35 influencing factors were investigated by questionnaire using Likert scale method.Then,the SPSS25.0 software for reliability and validity test,and then using factor analysis to extract seven civil building waterproofing project quality of key influencing factors:insufficient subjective awareness,inadequate laws and regulations,low construction level,poor construction environment,excessive cost deviation,improper post-maintenance,and insufficient quality supervision.On this basis,through the expert judgment of the logical relationship between key factors,to establish an explanatory structure model to identify the hierarchical structure of the factors and root cause factors.The results show that the root factors of the quality of civil building waterproofing projects are inadequate laws and regulations;mid-level factors are excessive cost deviation,insufficient subjective awareness,inadequate quality supervision,low construction level,and poor construction environment;and surface factors are improper post-maintenance.Finally,the paper from waterproofing norms and standards,waterproofing project cost,quality control,waterproofing design,materials and construction,construction environment and post-maintenance aspects of the waterproofing project quality optimization of targeted recommendations,in order to improve the quality of civil building waterproofing project to provide valuable reference.
