| The world today is experiencing changes that have not occurred in a century.Superimposed by the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,the uncertainty has increased significantly.In order to accelerate economic recovery and enhance global competitiveness,governments and enterprises in various countries have begun to comprehensively carry out digital transformation,and have formulated it as an important strategic goal.Since its completion and operation in 2019,Beijing Daxing International Airport has always adhered to a service-oriented approach and actively embraced innovation and change.In response to relevant policies of the country and industry,and to maintain the long-term stable development of the enterprise,Daxing Airport has established "digital transformation" as an important strategy in the development of the enterprise.However,in the process of transformation,due to being in the exploratory stage,there are still significant problems.The study systematically analyzes the current situation and existing problems of digital transformation in large airports through case analysis and literature review methods,and discusses the future development environment,clarifying specific plans.Firstly,the basic framework of the research,including its background,significance,methods,and current domestic and international situations,was elaborated;Then,the relevant concepts of digital transformation and IT operation and maintenance management were analyzed,as well as the data governance theory,principal-agent theory,and process reengineering theory applied in this article.Next,the current status of digital transformation in the IT operation and management construction project of Daxing Airport was sorted out,including:determining the overall digital strategic control in terms of institutional aspects;Building an IT operation and management platform on the platform side;Accumulate digital operational capabilities in terms of operations;Realize refined management improvement in management;Design a practical framework structure in terms of content;In terms of practice,the construction scale and systematic plan are clearly defined.From the perspective of effectiveness,the digital transformation construction system operation and maintenance alarm governance system,duty management ability improvement,and CMDB construction help to enhance configuration management ability.However,there are still certain problems in the design of transformation products,channel design,and human resource allocation.Finally,based on the analysis of the digital transformation environment at Daxing Airport,this article elaborates on the optimization strategies for digital transformation,including expanding channels,enriching products,optimizing personnel configuration,and establishing customer databases.Daxing Airport has implemented a digital transformation strategy by transforming its IT operation and management concepts,implementing IT operation and management construction projects,and building an IT operation and management platform.The research in this article indicates that through a series of digital transformation measures,Daxing Airport has initially formed an operation and maintenance system with IT operation management platform as the core,achieving practical results and generating certain economic benefits.The implementation of Daxing Airport’s digital transformation strategy provides new momentum for the airport’s continuous digital transformation and references for other civil aviation enterprises. |
