A Study Of Purifier Cleaners’ Labor Outsourcing Model At Beijing Daxing International Airport

Beijing Daxing International Airport,another new terminal of Beijing,is fostering a growth point of the national economy by connecting Beijing、Tianjin and Hebei’s development.At the same time,as an important transportation hub of land and sky,it has a great quantity requirements of labor source in purifier cleaner.Through field investigation,it needs over 800 purifier cleaners working together each day.In recent years,the labor-intensive industries prefer using labor outsourcing for personnel management.However there is not a fixed model appropriating to every company.Thus,picking a suitable purifier cleaners’ outsourcing model is the most important problem.In this paper,author first introduced the definition of labor outsourcing and its advantages and disadvantages.Then it combined the characteristics of Beijing Daxing International Airport、the introduce of cleaning company and the requirements of terminal Daxing to analysis the requirements of purifier cleaners in different levels、the principle of labor management picking and the effective factors.Next the paper gave the advice in labor outsourcing model through the result of matching detection by using Snell model.After that,it collected and arranged the advices of labor outsourcing and operation controlling factors from many interviewees related to terminal Daxing.Then it could be figured out the proper order of all the effective factors by using AHP methods and gave the advices of operation controlling.Finally,according to the analysis result,it could provide the advices of labor outsourcing and operation controlling.The purpose of this paper is to provide useful advices in labor outsourcing and to enhance operation controlling effects.Furthermore,it can be a typical sample to other international terminals.
