Study On The Urban And Rural Spatial Development Planning Of The Southern Daxing District Under The Influence Of The New Airport In Beijing

Beijing new airport is located at the junction area of Southern Daxing District and the city of Langfang,Hebei province.The orientation of the airport is ‘a global radiation of large international hub airport’.The new airport as a major transportation hub,linking with the Capital Airport and Tianjin Binhai Airport transport,will form a multi-airport system by cooperation.It will not only promote the space reconstruction of surrounding areas,but also accelerate the process of the integration the Jing-Jin-Ji area.Southern Daxing District is backwardness in the industrialization and the level of economic development,which belongs to the outer suburbs of Beijing p lain agricultural region.The district itself does not include all the effective integration of urban and rural space foundation,but the construction of new airport brings new opportunities for Southern Daxing District.The new airport will bring Southern Daxing District lots of productive resources,create a industry aggregation region,realize the escalation of industrial structure,promote the development of economy and rural urbanization,enhance famers’ employment status and income level.,and then promote the urban and rural spatial integration of Southern Daxing District,geting rid of the long-term backward situation.The goal for the development of town-country integration is approached in the study of the existing problems of the urban and rural space in Southern Daxing District.First of all,the author researched the current situation of urban and rural space in the Southern Daxing District which is 15 km away from the new airport including Panggezhuang,Weishanzhuang,Andingzhen,Lixianzhen and Yufazhen.It can help to summarize the present economic-industrial,situation of land use,and space composition of the Southern Daxing District and cognize the basic conditions of five towns correctly in the construction of the new airport.Secondly,the study of the new airport construction may cause the problem of the Southern Daxin District on urban and rural space development,The Southern Daxin District is the important area in the new airport construction as the carrier of airport construction land supply.A series of problems including land use,noise,traffic,and ecology are faced now,and a lot of opportunities come to visit at the same time.Southern Daxin District should solve the problems and seize the opportunity to reposition and develop the surrounding economic,promoting a better development of Southern Daxing DistrictFinally,the paper makes suggestions on the consideration of Southern Daxing District land planning based on the problems of Southern Daxing District from the new airport construction,combined with the current nation land policies,industrial policies and regional conditions.Make a comprehensive Planning and design of the industrial structure,spatial layout,transportation system and green infrastructure of the Southern Daxing District,coordinate the relationship between the new airport and the Southern Daxing District,to achieve a better development of both.These strategies will optimize the urban and rural space of Southern Daxing District,promote the adjustment and escalation of industrial frameworks,advance the infrastructure construction development,and stimulate the comprehensive development of economic,social and cultural.
