| With the deepening of electricity market reform,medium and long-term transactions are more refined.On the one hand,the continuous emergence of multiple energy sources and entities has put forward more diversified trading demands,and the traditional bidding model is difficult to adapt to the physical and economic characteristics and trading needs of different market participants,on the other hand,the accelerated construction of new electricity markets and national unified electricity markets has brought about changes in the market environment,and the requirements for medium and long-term continuous operation and convergence with spot are more urgent.These internal and external factors all put forward higher requirements for the operation of market,including the need for flexible contract adjustment,flexible price and quantity declaration,flexible market organisation and flexible balance adjustment.Therefore,there is an urgent need to study and design electricity market mechanisms that take into account diversity,standardisation and flexibility.This paper conducts a study on the medium and long-term flexible energy block trading model and clearing method for electricity.and several typical scenarios have been constructed to verify them.The main work accomplished was as follows.Firstly,the key issues and enhancements of medium and long-term electricity trading are clarified.It analyses the trading mode and bidding mechanism selection of the market,mainly comparing the centralised,decentralised,hybrid market modes and the hourly bidding,block bidding mechanism.Afterwards,the specific design of key aspects of market trading is discussed from the levels of trading subjects,trading varieties,trading contracts,trading cycles,trading methods,trade clearing and trade settlement,based on this,the key issues and specific enhancement paths for the optimisation of China’s medium and long-term power trading mechanism are proposed.Secondly,the medium and long-term flexible energy block trading mechanism for electricity is proposed.It analyses the special characteristics of electricity commodities,and the value implications are elaborated.Then,the concepts of minimum block and energy block are further introduced.On the basis of this,the specific energy block timescale parameters,basic types,transaction priorities and standard energy block contracts are designed.It also constructs a flexible market trading mechanism based on energy block theory in three aspects:specific bidding mode,short-term continuous operation mode and medium and long-term trading mode.Finally,the internal logic of the energy block theory is sorted out and the construction of a complete market system based on energy blocks is envisaged.Then,a flexible energy block trading clearing model and an optimisation algorithm are constructed for medium and long term power trading.Then,the matrix processing and optimization variables design of the subject’s declaration data are completed,and an energy block trading clearing model in the mode of "centralized declaration and unified clearing" is constructed with the objective function of maximizing social welfare and including zonal security constraints.Further,hierarchical matching and probabilistic pruning model solving optimisation strategies are proposed,as well as feasible methods for solution size and search paths under existing conditions.Finally,the energy block clearing model is analysed from three aspects:the main problem of maximising social welfare,the clearing tariff sub-problem and the power search sub-problem,and a complete solution algorithm process is constructed.Finally,multiple trading scenarios are constructed to verify the feasibility of the flexible energy block model.Then,two typical scenarios are constructed to verify the adaptability and feasibility of the energy block trading mechanism and the clearing model by analysing the simulation results from various aspects.The simulation results show that the energy block trading model can simplify the existing trading varieties and organisational forms,handle the relationship between the complexity and practicality of the market mechanism,effectively promote the development and continuous operation of medium and long-term market trading of electricity,and effectively reduce the deviation of medium and long-term trading of electricity.The energy block trading mechanism and market clearing model proposed in this paper can provide an electricity market trading language based on energy block,improve the bidding model,meet the diversified needs of subjects,enhance the standardisation and flexibility of the trading organisation,promote a better interface between the medium and long-term and spot markets,and improve the efficiency of market resource allocation and fairness of competition. |
