Establishing an extensive and efficient flexible resource utilization system is an important means to achieve high proportion of new energy grid connection,which has great significance to the green and safe transformation of China’s energy consumption structure.As one of the representatives of flexible regulation resources,energy storage has been widely used in all links of power system.However,there is no suitable business model to match its diversified value so far.At the same time,the current policy encourages the development of energy storage in a relatively extensive way,and has not yet formed a systematic policy and price system.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out the research on the new business model of energy storage in the power market environment,realize the optimal allocation of energy storage resources,and broaden the profit channels of energy storage.Independent energy storage entity refers to a market entity that has completed registration in the power trading center and has an independent identity to sign trading contracts on behalf of centralized energy storage stations,distributed energy storage devices.Firstly,the paper studies the impact of time-division trading mode on the medium and long-term power market from the aspects of transaction object and price formation mechanism.Secondly,it briefly analyzes the problems existing in the current research on energy storage business model,expounds the necessity of energy storage as a flexible resource to participate in the medium and long-term power market,and analyzes the role of energy storage as an independent entity in the medium and long-term power market.Then,based on the difference of time-division net load demand of the system,the identity of independent energy storage entities participating in the medium and long-term power market in different periods of the day is obtained by clustering.Combined with the typical power supply and demand curves in different trading periods,the market value of independent energy storage entities in different periods is studied,and then considering policy constraints and physical characteristics of energy storage,the feasibility of independent energy storage entities participating in various medium and long-term power trading varieties is analyzed.Finally,build a two-stage centralized bidding trading mode with the participation of independent energy storage entities.The energy storage entity can make full use of the limited capacity to absorb new energy,reduce the charging cost,and sell the stored power at a high price through time-division price difference.In the second-stage bidding,the energy storage entity can adjust the trading strategy based on the transaction situation in the previous stage,reduce the deviation of time-division charging and discharging bidding,and avoid the difficulty in executing the trading contract due to the imbalance of time-division charging and discharging bidding.Considering the serious power abandonment of new energy in some periods of time,establish a listing mode of tracking the new energy power abandonment curve participated by independent energy storage entities,and encourage users and energy storage to jointly respond to the new energy power abandonment curve,explore the user’s response potential,and expand the profit channels of independent energy storage entities.Considering the lack of research on the business model of independent energy storage entities in the medium and long-term power market,the paper establishes the medium and long-term time division trading mode and clearing mechanism in which independent energy storage entities participate,determines the charge and discharge price difference in different trading periods,and ensures the operating income of energy storage entities in the medium and long-term market.Relevant research enriches the business model of energy storage in the electricity market environment,and can provide theoretical support for the establishment and improvement of medium and long-term power market rules including independent energy storage entities. |
