Under the background of the deepening of electric power reform,the construction of electric power market has been the focus of attention of all countries.As China’s spot market is in the planning and construction stage,China’s electricity market will still be dominated by medium-and long-term transactions in the future.This paper takes the medium-and long-term trading in the province as the main research content.Firstly,it analyzes the market structure of the provincial power market,and then simulates three trading algorithms based on the trading implementation scheme.Finally,it designs the integrated power trading system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summarizing the current situation of electric power reform and research at home and abroad.By consulting literature and reading relevant books,the reform process of various countries is sorted out,and the reform process and achievements of China’s electricity market are summarized.It also summarizes the research status of bilateral,matchmaking and listing transactions,including network loss allocation,transmission congestion,two-system time-of-use electricity price,inter-province and inter-district transaction and game theory.(2)Analyzing the market structure of the provincial power market.This paper analyzes the provincial market structure from the four aspects of market size,market concentration,product differentiation and entry barriers,and concludes that the market structure of the power side and the power purchase side of the province is oligopolistic.Then,the trading characteristics of the province are analyzed.The trading rules have been evolving along with the market trading results and the stage objectives of the reform.From the trading results,it can be seen that the provincial power market is gradually stabilizing.The trade varieties in use are classified,and their characteristics and relations are expounded.(3)Implementing medium-and long-term trading algorithm by combining trading implementation scheme simulation.In this paper,the trading algorithms are bilateral trading,matching trading and listing trading.The above three algorithms are developed from three aspects of trading rules,mathematical model and trading algorithm implementation,and examples are given to verify the algorithm.Bilateral transactions in this paper mainly solve the problem of multiple bilateral contracts signed by one market subject.The trading algorithm of price difference sort is adopted in matching trade.In the modeling of listing trading,it is expounded that listing trading is more beneficial to the listing party.(4)Expounding the rationality of trading process with the thought of game theory.This article first introduces the trading process,and then from the game objects,strategy,the results of the third chapter on the trading algorithm implementation,process and trading at the same time,give full play to the advantages of trading algorithm with the trading of reasonable timing offset algorithm itself exists insufficiency,make annual and monthly as scale of medium and long-term trading more scientific.(5)Analyzing functional demand of power trading system.This paper divides the trading system into five modules: information release management,trading management,settlement management,data tracking and basic data management.Firstly,the function of each module is analyzed.Then,the business framework is elaborated.Secondly,the interaction between the trading system and the third-party system is solved..
