SK Technology Company has lost its product price advantage in recent years due to the continuous intensification of market competition,rapid technological iteration,and soaring prices in the raw material market while suffering from certain problems in the traditional research and development(R&D)management system as well.Integrated Product Development(IPD)is a set of mature,effective,and advanced concepts,models,and methods for enterprise product R&D management.In order to adapt to the development needs of the market,SK Technology Company urgently needs to reform the existing R&D management system,introduce IPD for optimization,enhance the company’s R&D capabilities,and improve the input-output ratio of technology and product development.This thesis was based on the actual situation of SK Technology Company and investigated how to optimize its R&D management system.First,an overview of relevant R&D management and IPD theories,as well as the current status of the R&D management system of SK Technology Company was presented.Second,through methods such as questionnaire surveys,the problems in the R&D management system of SK Technology Company were analyzed and the underlying reasons were explored.On the basis of clear optimization goals and principles and the development goals of SK Technology Company,the R&D management system was optimized and designed from the perspectives of organizational structure adjustment,workflow optimization,and improving customer satisfaction based on IPD in combination with certain agile management concepts.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization of the R&D management system,safeguard measures were proposed in five aspects of corporate culture,management system,hardware technology,software management,and human resources. |
