In recent years,with increasing energy and environmental concerns,the development of green economy has become one of the important issues that the world needs to face.In such an environment,the electrification of the automotive industry is developing rapidly,and the electric vehicle company represented by Tesla are occupying a higher and higher market share.Along with the development of new energy vehicles,the degree of car intelligence is also increasing,and the development of intelligent network connection brings new challenges to product development and management.The richness of functions and the complexity of application scenarios bring huge demand for automotive software development.Software development has its natural iterative nature,so the emergence of agile methodology brings a new development management model that enables products to respond quickly to changes in a multi-iterative process,shortens product development cycles,improves development efficiency and quality,and increases customer satisfaction.V car corporation,as a traditional OEM,has always been committed to providing safe and reliable products to its customers since its establishment.Vehicle is a highly integrated industrial product,involving numerous components,including mechanical and electronic parts,and the realization of functions mainly comes from the definition of functional requirements in the early stage.The traditional "waterfall" development management approach in the automotive industry,characterized by long development cycles and inflexible processes,is unable to respond quickly to changes from customer requirements and the changing market,and can not meet the development requirements of advanced smart cars,which is considered the main cause of product development delays or failures.This is also considered to be the main cause of delayed or failed product development.Therefore,with the transformation of business,the current development management has gradually become unsatisfactory.In this paper,we study and analyze the optimal application of agile methodology in the development department management activities of V car corporation.Based on various practical processes of current development management,combined with the concept of agile methodology,the goal is to improve the product development department of Company.Through a series of measures of improvement,the overall R&D efficiency and product quality of this company could be improved in further,thus improving its market competitiveness in future. |
