With the issues of "transformation" and "ecology",the prefabricated construction industry has become an indispensable part of the ecological transformation of China’s construction industry.Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of low energy consumption and high efficiency,which make prefabricated buildings occupy a place in the construction industry soon.However,the ecological quality of prefabricated buildings industry has not been systematically studied Exploring the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry can promote the prefabricated building industry,enhance the ecological benefits of prefabricated building industry,enhance the core competitiveness of related enterprises and further drive the whole regional ecology.Firstly,based on the background of ecology and construction industry ecological transformation,through consulting the current situation of prefabricated buildings in all parts of the country,selecting Hunan Province,which has a good research foundation and future prospects,combing the existing literature to clarify the purpose and significance of this paper to study the ecological quality of prefabricated buildings in Hunan Province,research and technical route On the basis of existing literature,this paper briefly introduces the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry,and on this basis,defines the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province By using DPSIR-TOPSIS method,this paper explores the existing level of ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province,and finds the main restrictive factors that hinder the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province.Secondly,according to the relationship between ecological system and ecological quality of prefabricated building industry,this paper constructs the ecological quality improvement paradigm of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province from the perspective of ecological system evolution law,and uses the multi-agent module in Any logic software to carry out assignment simulation to observe the concrete improvement effect of each strategy on ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province in the next 10 years under the action of specific strategies Finally,the optimal strategy combination for improving the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province is obtained The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)At present,the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province is at a medium level Through the degree model,we can see that the number of provincial prefabricated industrial bases(R3),R&D expenditure of construction industry(R4),energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure(R2)and total energy consumption of construction industry(PI)are the most important constraints.(2)The ecological quality of prefabricated building industry has internal correlation with the ecosystem of prefabricated building industry.Essentially,the improvement of ecological quality requires that the industry and ecological function can be improved at the same time.The evolution of ecosystem represents the coordination between the inside and outside of the system and finally promotes the whole system to evolve at a higher level.Therefore,there is an inevitable connection between the ecological quality of prefabricated building industry and the ecosystem.(3)It is feasible and effective to construct the ecological quality improvement paradigm of prefabricated building industry in Hunan Province from the perspective of ecosystem evolution.The paradigm includes 13 single promotion strategies in five aspects:natural,economic and social policies of enterprises and science and technology Using multi-agent simulation modeling to verify its feasibility,it is concluded that"strong and weak incentive policy combination" has the most obvious promotion effect in a single strategy;"Hunan characteristic brand+" strong and weak incentive policy"combination+implementation of environmental protection policy" is the best combination strategy.
